I am a very undemanding tourist, when we arrived, we were put in a room with only room for a bed, a night light, no balcony, no windows, only a door. They wanted to make coffee and were told to pay for gas.
Vacationing with my husband. The room was booked through the most simple tour operator, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located 50 meters from the sea-ocean, with sun loungers, umbrellas, as it turned out later, and beach towels are issued every day.
We looked at the hotel by location and everything suited us, well, we chose it according to the price segment. In principle, it is not close to go to Unawatuna, so I had to go from the airport.
We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights. 4 adults. We settled in almost immediately. Two rooms on the first floor, near the reception. This is where the positives end. 1. The room was cleaned badly.
The hotel is old and very dirty. Cleanliness in the rooms is not monitored at all! If we had not asked them to be removed several times, they would not have entered the room for all 12 days.
We really liked the hotel. Very cozy and comfortable. Greeted with cocktails and wet towels. We were seated quickly, within half an hour. The first room that we were shown, we did not like.
The impression of the hotel was not very pleasant. If you evaluate how they treat people there, then everything is bad. If you evaluate the ocean and the beach, then this is a little better.
Liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable. The food is good. Very rich and tasty breakfasts. We also paid for dinner, but at the hotel we had to choose a dish for a fixed amount, and if more than this amount, you already have to pay extra and it was not entirely clear and convenient.
This is such a terrible hotel that it's hard to even describe. The hotel has 3 buildings and, perhaps, the presented photos are true and there are such rooms in one of the buildings.
Everything is great in the hotel. The food is good. Very nice beach, the location suited us. For the money that is asked for this tour, you can go. They don’t really want to clean up with high quality, but it’s not fatal) Location, this is probably their main plus, it’s gorgeous.
