The room was booked through the most simple tour operator, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located 50 meters from the sea-ocean, with sun loungers, umbrellas, as it turned out later, and beach towels are issued every day. The room has two double beds with mosquito nets, two fans, a refrigerator, a dryer and a closet with hangers. Separate bathroom with all necessary accessories. Gorgeous veranda with access to a cozy courtyard.
Very friendly staff, everything is clean, neat and tasteful.
Breakfasts are very plentiful, varied, adapted to European cuisine, also with soups and fresh fruits. The cook constantly asked the opinion of the guests, and clarified the preferences. . .
There are many sights nearby, which people from all over the world come to see: the Buddhist Temple, the Japanese Peace Pagoda, the Galle Fort. . .
In general, we swam, sunbathed, rested from the bustle of the city, and we didn’t even notice how two weeks flew by...
