We also paid for dinner, but at the hotel we had to choose a dish for a fixed amount, and if more than this amount, you already have to pay extra and it was not entirely clear and convenient. Cleaning in the rooms every day and high quality. The staff was friendly, responded quickly to all requests, all issues were resolved. It takes about 10 minutes to go to the beach, but the problem is the Sri Lankan roads - there are no sidewalks and getting to the beach when transport is on the road is a problem.
