Everything suits me - from the location of the office (the center of Kyiv near the metro) to the qualifications of the staff (they really understand what they sell) and support abroad during the trip. We have been working with TPG for a long time, with the Odessa branch. After the company had a total change of personnel, everything became incredibly disgusting, although before that it was far from ideal! We, as agents, are facing the worst nightmare of any agent. Today at 5.30 in the morning, tourists call me from the check-in desk of the Odessa airport and say that the airline cannot put them on the flight, due to the fact that the operator has canceled the reservation of tourists !!! And in fact they don’t have tickets, although they have a printout of the reservation that the operator sent us! I call the TPG 24/7 line, they connect me to the manager, she is extremely unhappy that she was woken up, of course, but I love starting work with bad news at 5 in the morning!!! She begins to tell me that it cannot be, but how is it, but there was a reservation! I say that my tourists (elderly, by the way, people) are now at check-in at the airport and they are told that they do not have tickets! Manager's response: oh, well, I don't even know how this happened, we'll figure it out in the morning and that's it! As a result, tourists bought new tickets for 18,000 UAH!!! And they flew away, however, now, I'm worried about being met already in Prague and settled in a hotel in accordance with the voucher! And of course, we will demand compensation for newly purchased tickets, if necessary, we will go to court!. →

We kind of paid the money to the travel agent "Miles Away", but TPG was the charterer. I don’t know what the conditions for joint cooperation are there, but they cooperate and it will be very difficult to resolve any controversial issues with the tour operator because they will switch arrows to each other, which by the way happened. It turned out to be a very bad situation, the travel agent did not inform us about the change in the return flight schedule from Montenegro, and when we arrived at the airport the plane was already flying to Kiev, we had to urgently buy tickets the very next day and it’s good that there were tickets and spare money. →

My wife and I bought a tour to Greece, departure 3.09.15. We arranged the tour in Kremenchug, the operator is located in Kyiv. Promises that everything was fine until 2.09.15. They did not return our passports to us, every day they said - TOMORROW. 18 hours before departure, we were already in Kyiv, we were informed that the visa was not open to us. →

Well, in order to at least somehow diversify, I will put not 1 but 2. I personally will remember the trip more than the rest, but not from a good impression. Maybe, of course, these are just disgusting bus tours, but the fact is. So, let's begin. We went with a girl to Bulgaria for 10 days. We booked a tour with another travel agency, but ended up with TPG. →

Our bus was delayed for 2.5 hours, broke down. But the funniest thing is that we returned from Bulgaria today, and left the day before yesterday. The bus traveled instead of 24 hours all 40))) Well, it's still nothing. at first the bus was delayed for 2.5 hours, people did not want to go. The temperature in the cabin rose from 35 degrees to 41.7!!!!!!!!!!!, because the air conditioner and the air duct did not work. →

Randomly chose a trip from TPG. As a result, several days of rest are stolen. Instead of 30 hours, they transported us in 41 hours, plus 6 hours in the sun, stupidly waiting for the bus. The service is just awful. →

We went with our parents to Bulgaria from 1.07.15 to 10.07.15. Because we bought a ticket in another travel agency, we didn’t even know that we would end up dealing with TPG! On July 1, we left Kherson at 18.00 and drove to Nikolaev for 2 hours. In Odessa, we stood for 2 hours (an hour refueled, and then it’s still not clear why 1 hour). At 2 am we were in Tatarbunary and the drivers decided to have a hearty meal + 1 more hour. →

Having chosen a vacation in Bulgaria, I stopped on the bus route, not suspecting that it was possible to spoil all the impressions with the trip. The start of the journey was intimidating. There were no lists of the group, the bus was late. Instead of 7:00 we left at 8:00. Bus number BX 34 04 VK. The escort assured that the route was carefully designed, and the drivers were professional. →
