I have been flying with this company for a long time, for 7 years already. Everything suits me - from the location of the office (the center of Kyiv near the metro) to the qualifications of the staff (they really understand what they sell) and support abroad during the trip.
This year we went to Greece, the Meli Palace hotel. There are three of us, the youngest is three years old, and I have a new passport. So that there were no problems with visas (they were just introducing new visa rules), we applied with a margin of 3.5 weeks (I read in the reviews that people are indignant that they are submitted on the last day and are refused, but you need to be more offended by yourself than an embassy or, moreover, a travel agency). Documents with visas were issued 4 days before departure. There were no problems.
We arrived early and arrived at the hotel around 9am. Check-in was supposed to be at 14. But we had a small, tired child with us who just wanted to eat and sleep. From the hotel I called the manager in Kyiv and asked for help. As a result, we were settled within 40 minutes (that is, 4 hours before the scheduled time), fed, and even did not take money.
In short, a very good company with competent staff and adequate support abroad.
