We went with our parents to Bulgaria from 1.07.15 to 10.07.15.
Because we bought a ticket in another travel agency, we didn’t even know that we would end up dealing with TPG!
On July 1, we left Kherson at 18.00 and drove to Nikolaev for 2 hours. In Odessa, we stood for 2 hours (an hour refueled, and then it’s still not clear why 1 hour).
At 2 am we were in Tatarbunary and the drivers decided to have a hearty meal + 1 more hour. As a result, we were at the Moldavian border only at 6 am on 02.07. We arrived at our hotel in St. Vlas at 21.00. 1 day off is lost.
After a wonderful holiday in Bulgaria, we really hoped that on the way back the carrier would improve and take us home as needed, but we hoped in vain ....
At 12.00, as expected, we checked out of the hotel, at 15.00 a transfer arrived for us, because. at 16.00 we had to leave Sunny Beach, as indicated on the ticket. We were brought to the place indicated on the ticket, where by that time about 30 people of the same tourists had already gathered, waiting for our bus. At 16.30 a representative of our travel agency (not TPG) arrived and said that the bus would be in place around 18.00. We were all shocked! It was still possible to swim in the sea calmly, and not sit on a suitcase in the sun, it’s not clear where! We called Denis (the TPG representative who accompanied us on the way) and started to find out what was the reason for such a delay. He began to run into us, saying what we want at all, it is written in his documents that we are leaving at 18.00. We double-checked all our tickets, they all indicated 16.00. In general, "stay guys where you want, I don't care where you are and how much you stand there, but the bus will be when I want!"
I will finish by saying that we got to Kherson at 12 am on 10.07! On the way, 30 children of 10 years old were put on the bus, who every hour asked to go to the toilet, because they drank water like elephants, then they vomited, etc....Guys, it was the most terrible trip in my life!!! Previously, the road to Boglaria by Doris took 1 night and that's it! 1.5 days here!
When they tried to find someone responsible, no one in TPG is responsible for anything! So if you don't want to spoil your nerves for your own money, fly by plane or look for another carrier, but not TPG! You wouldn't wish this on your worst enemy!!!
