I am writing this review on behalf of a travel agency. Booked a tour to Cyprus for a group of 8 people. Initially, it was very difficult to choose a country for a vacation and a hotel, as there was a budget limit. Cyprus was not even considered .. until the curator offered the Golden Bay 5 * hotel at a promotional price (it turned out to be about 250-260 Euro per person with breakfast + dinner for 6 days in early March). →

I am the director of a travel company, and I can say that in such difficult times, a strong, stable company is an operator, it is difficult, but ... possible. Turning to TPG as an agent, you will definitely get: efficiency, you see, this is extremely important now, competitive prices - no less important reason will turn to you. We booked a tour for our tourists in the direction of Kyiv-Kittila-Kyiv. On the last working day, 1.5 days before departure (December 26 today), we were informed that tourists would fly with a transfer through Kharkiv and instead of the initially declared 2.5 hours, tourists should fly 6 hours! The fact is that the obvious lies on the surface and everyone understands that, the TPG tour operator, did not fully load their charter from Kharkov and decided to win back their shortcomings on our tourists in this way, sending them through another city and thus win some of their commercial interests, sacrificing the interests of clients! That's just the question of how you can substitute agencies like that? We, as a tour operator, earn money, look for customers, offer them, sell, take the hit ourselves when any problems arise, but this situation is already beyond good and evil, this is an outright scam!. →

I would like to thank you very much for providing the promotional tour "ALL THE COLOR OF ISTANBUL", which took place from 28.11 to 02.12.14. The tour was great, I received a lot of useful information for myself, and now I looked at Istanbul with different eyes. The tour program was compiled very correctly, a large number of hotels viewed, and also provided us with the opportunity to freely explore the city and an unforgettable day of the excursion program. →

Rest in Cyprus is just wonderful. We swam in the sea all the time. We did not take excursions, as we have a small child. We flew with the whole family on a parachute, went to the water park. Very satisfied with the hotel - helpful staff, excellent food, wonderful room. Both we and the children are very happy. Thank you for organizing this tour and the host - the Melpo Antia hotel. →

Thanks to TPG for a really professional organization of the trip to Montenegro. No inconsistencies in the journey, perfectly matched the room that suits the requirements. The care of the manager Papusha Anya was a very pleasant surprise. I said that my beloved and I were going to celebrate an anniversary, and she made sure that we were given a 2-room suite in the villa. →

My review concerns the tour operator TPG We paid for a tour to Crete from Dnepropetrovsk to Dnepropetrovsk, a month before the start of the tour, a week before departure, we were informed that the return flight to Dnepropetrovsk was canceled They offered to transfer us to Kharkov, we agreed, but after 2 hours they began to demand an additional payment of 150 euros We wrote a letter that we do not agree and demand to transfer us without additional payment, to which they answered that they could already transfer us only to Kyiv with the loss of one day of rest They assured that they would return the money for a day at the hotel and pay us for railway tickets from Kyiv to Dnepropetrovsk Persuaded to this option, despite the fact that there was a connection between the plane and the train for three hours They said that flights are usually not delayed and there will be no problems And if there are, we will solve them as they become available. →

The company is a scam!!! During the day, they changed the cost of the tour upwards 3 times, motivating this by the growth of the euro exchange rate, but when the exchange rate rolled back on the same day, they got frostbitten - not our problems !!! In a word, kidok, which is basically normal for many companies in Ukraine. I do not recommend to anyone. →
