My wife and I bought a tour to Greece, departure 3.09.15. We arranged the tour in Kremenchug, the operator is located in Kyiv. Promises that everything was fine until 2.09.15. They did not return our passports to us, every day they said - TOMORROW. 18 hours before departure, we were already in Kyiv, we were informed that the visa was not open to us. Further, we were told that 50% of the amount will not be returned to us. the hotel in Greece and the airline issued a fine. Then, allegedly, they agreed with the airline, the money will not be returned only for the hotel. Almost a month has passed, the money has not been returned, citing the fact that either the middle name is not correctly indicated - they cannot transfer the money, or the director is not there, or something else ...
