Despite the beautiful territory and the modern design of the complex, the rest was spoiled by the service. The staff of the complex is not concerned about their guests and is not trained in manners. Starting from check-in, continuing with lunches-dinners-coffee... ending with eviction - each time I had to deal with either aggression, or poor memory of the staff, or strange rules that create additional inconvenience. Ordered buffets, meeting rooms with coffee breaks - everywhere there was some kind of confusion (either they forgot something, then they misunderstood, then they themselves decided to change something without first agreeing). The complex is not intended (in terms of maintenance) for large events. It is possible that if the owners started training the staff, it would be better, but given the presence of negative reviews on the Internet over the past years, the management is not interested in these problems.
