Despite the hype of the place, for us (2 adults and 1 child 2.5 years old) this experience was the most negative in several years. Deciding to go to NG in Verkholy was a significant mistake, which normally spoiled the New Year holidays.
Minuses:
1. They carried breakfast on the morning of January 1st for a very long time, it looks like 1 waiter
2. Waiters who carry food from another building across the street enter the room and enter the center in dirty shoes, and this is not a special case, but 90% of the guys did this - they had to make a remark.

3. We were in an expensive room, which is positioned as one of the best types - soundproofing is not provided for in it. You will hear all your neighbors from any side all the time, if your child goes to bed at 21, like ours, then this will be a problem, as there will be constant noise until 23-24-01. And if there are children nearby in the rooms, then congratulations, this is a jackpot.
4. It is not clear how the bed linen is washed, it smells strange and my wife started having skin problems from the very first day, when we returned home - everything went away.

15. There is one small trash can near the toilet for the entire room, and the funny thing is that if you put bottles or garbage next to it that did not fit in it, then it is not removed))) it was not checked once.

17. There are no footpaths throughout the territory, there is just a road between the buildings and into the forest, i. e. when walking with a stroller, people constantly stop when electric cars pass next to them.

The hayloft, which is positioned as the second place for eating, is 10+ square meters, where everyone smokes a hookah (so what if it is prohibited by law on the premises), sit with children in a semi-fog of smoke. The great thing about this is that there is no decoration or the like in this room. and it's just lined with RSD, which is not intended for use in visits where there may be people, as unsealed RSD is toxic.
22. There is no sound insulation both inside and outside - everything that happens on the street is literally audible. It was especially interesting when one of the days of January 2 or 3 at 02.20 a drunken showdown began and for 20 minutes there were hysterical cries of “Anton, don’t”, and drunken men sorted out the relationship, the reception did not pick up the phone for calls, although then they called back to 3.10 and said that they were not aware and would look into the issue. In the morning at the reception they said that they were aware of the situation and it was they who solved it (there was another person), although this does not really correspond at all.
23. The plates were taken after 2-3 reminders within 3-10 hours. Several times we called about 5 times and they were still picked up the next day.
24. There is no coordination between the reception, where you have to come in advance and pay for the training, and the stable, where you have to bring the check. Once we waited 20 minutes before the groom came and said we were not aware that we were coming. And the second time they convinced us that we had an appointment for another time.

25. Restaurant and food - a completely separate block. Breakfast - coffee is disgusting, but to order for the money is normal. At breakfast, we still did not understand how scrambled eggs, cheesecakes can be brought from the kitchen already cold and so throughout the day. We had to order almost every time the same items that were already included in breakfast, in the paid menu, and separately 2-3 times to ask to be brought warm, to be brought in 30-50 minutes.
26. In general, the time of serving food both in the restaurant, both at breakfast and in the rooms is just an enchanting story. Something we tensed when on the very first day at the first dinner we asked “what is the serving time for children and ordinary steam cutlets” and we were told “8 minutes”, and brought after 55. Further, throughout the entire period of time, in restaurant, regardless of time or day, the serving time was 50-70 minutes, coffee too. In the end, I just went to the bar for coffee or a drink, for example. Finding out the relationship with the waiters or administrators did not give any effect. As a result, I began to come to the restaurant 2-3 hours in advance, to say what time we would arrive and what dishes we would order, and then I called another hour in advance and, in spite of everything, the dishes were still served after 40-60 minutes.
