3. We were in an expensive room, which is positioned as one of the best types - soundproofing is not provided for in it. You will hear all your neighbors from any side all the time, if your child goes to bed at 21, like ours, then this will be a problem, as there will be constant noise until 23-24-01. And if there are children nearby in the rooms, then congratulations, this is a jackpot.

The great thing about this is that there is no decoration or the like in this room. and it's just lined with RSD, which is not intended for use in visits where there may be people, as unsealed RSD is toxic.
22. There is no sound insulation both inside and outside - everything that happens on the street is literally audible. It was especially interesting when one of the days of January 2 or 3 at 02.20 a drunken showdown began and for 20 minutes there were hysterical cries of “Anton, don’t”, and drunken men sorted out the relationship, the reception did not pick up the phone for calls, although then they called back to 3.10 and said that they were not aware and would look into the issue. In the morning at the reception they said that they were aware of the situation and it was they who solved it (there was another person), although this does not really correspond at all.

Came to this place by accident. Our company celebrated a New Year's corporate party there. I read reviews beforehand - in all honesty - not very positive, so I didn’t expect anything special from this trip. But our business is small, to go - so go. Booked several different rooms for our team. The girls and I got a duplex room, it's just some kind of fairy tale. Huge wall-to-wall panoramic window to the lake and pines. You open your eyes in the morning, and in front of you is such beauty. Incredibly simple.
The room is huge - a living room with sofa chairs and a kitchenette, a mini-bar, a small capsule coffee machine, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Due to the fact that the number is two-level - high ceilings in the room. Crazy feeling of space! The four of us lived there with the girls)) There were no queues for the bathroom) The room has everything you need for life - clean snow-white towels, soft bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics... The room is warm, comfortable, there were no comments on ventilation. When we settled in, we found a compliment from the establishment in the living room - a vase of fruit (citrus fruits, grapes), a package of macaroons, chocolate and a bottle of champagne with a branded hotel label. Very nice.
We visited the SPA, spent five hours there and didn’t even get bored. Sauna, hammam, swimming pool, jacuzzi... I liked it, although it seemed that there were too many people. In the middle of winter, the best pastime, of course. Some of us went for massages, but this and other beauty treatments had to be booked in advance at the time of booking. Deciding on arrival, as I understand it, is not always possible and there may be overlays.
Our banquet was in a separate room. There was a lot of food and everything was very tasty. They have several variations of the standard banquet menu for events of various sizes. We ordered in advance and the most modest, but for you to understand, even in this situation there were 4 courses. Everything is delicious, really. I remember now and I understand that I would not refuse to repeat it. And for dessert there was panna cotta with raspberries beyond praise. The bed is comfortable, I felt like a queen. In the morning I drank coffee in the room (then at check-out I was asked for 40 UAH for it), admiring the landscape through the panoramic window.
Then there was breakfast. I had to go to a separate building. Breakfast buffet. The choice is large. Of course, I haven’t tried everything, but from what I have experienced, I recommend cheesecakes and frittata. I also took fruit, the choice was wide, there was even a fresh pineapple. I sat smiling and thinking about when was the last time I had slices of fresh pineapple for breakfast) The coffee is good. The girls praised cutlets and soup (after the festive libations, it was a success with many guests).
The service is unobtrusive throughout the complex. It’s probably not bad if during your short stay you didn’t encounter any problematic moments when you might need the help of staff. But, probably, the fact that the service is unobtrusive is not very good if you need to solve some urgent issue, order additional services, or something else.
The rooms are located in different buildings, and if you have never been here before, it can be difficult to navigate. When we asked how to get to our building, one of the company's employees simply waved his hand somewhere in the distance. I did not feel any kind of warm friendly attitude from the staff either at the entrance or at the exit. And they could at least out of politeness demonstrate that they are glad to dear guests. With their prices for all guests, they are really expensive)
And despite everything, we had a wonderful weekend. And the place itself is very, very photogenic.

Despite the beautiful territory and the modern design of the complex, the rest was spoiled by the service. The staff of the complex is not concerned about their guests and is not trained in manners. Starting from check-in, continuing with lunches-dinners-coffee... ending with eviction - each time I had to deal with either aggression, or poor memory of the staff, or strange rules that create additional inconvenience.

Starting from check-in, continuing with lunches-dinners-coffee... ending with eviction - each time I had to deal with either aggression, or poor memory of the staff, or strange rules that create additional inconvenience. Ordered buffets, meeting rooms with coffee breaks - everywhere there was some kind of confusion (either they forgot something, then they misunderstood, then they themselves decided to change something without first agreeing). The complex is not intended (in terms of maintenance) for large events. It is possible that if the owners started training the staff, it would be better, but given the presence of negative reviews on the Internet over the past years, the management is not interested in these problems.

Hotel: from the center of Poltava, the road to the hotel takes 15 minutes by car, built in a pine forest, so the territory is simply unusually beautiful, large, there are several outdoor pools on the territory, a stable with a lot of horses, an excellent spa center, thoughtful design, everything is very stylish, beautiful and it seems that you are no longer in Ukraine.

Hotel: from the center of Poltava, the road to the hotel takes 15 minutes by car, built in a pine forest, so the territory is simply unusually beautiful, large, there are several outdoor pools on the territory, a stable with a lot of horses, an excellent spa center, thoughtful design, everything is very stylish, beautiful and it seems that you are no longer in Ukraine. After dinner, there is a round-the-clock vinotheque, but we never got into it)) There is a gym with a fairly large assortment of exercise equipment. In general, the hotel has something to do for every taste, although it will probably be a bit too much to live for a whole week.
Accommodation: we lived in two chalets, 2nd and 4th, large courtyard, large, stylish, beautiful and comfortable houses. And evenings by the fireplace are just a fairy tale. I especially liked chalet 2, there is just an unusually beautiful and large living room. Minibar is chargeable, tea is free, and coffee could be made in Nespresso capsules which were chargeable. Here they were unpleasantly surprised, because. in a hotel of this level, and in that category of accommodation, making paid coffee is simply ridiculous.
Spa center: excellent spa, indoor pool, hot tub, hammam, Russian bath and sonarium, tried massage and scrubs from the services, prices are adequate.
Meals: the hotel has a gourmet restaurant. All dishes are unusual and quite tasty, the prices are above average. The breakfast is not bad, the choice is large enough and although not quite the variety that is expected for a hotel of this level, but everything was delicious.
Service: the service is not bad, if there were problems with water, they solved it quickly enough, room service was also fast, you could, if you wish, find fault with the service of some waiters, but everything was trifles.
In general, the hotel left extraordinary impressions, you relax with your soul and body, it’s very calm and peaceful around, everything is very stylish and it really seems that you have moved somewhere in Switzerland)
