Dear Laura, Of course, there will be the best if you visit Greece more than once, because. It is impossible to get acquainted with the history and culture of this country in one day. But the most notable excursions: Meteora, Thessaloniki, Cruise around the holy Mount Athos and I would also advise Athens. Excursion to Athens moving is very long, so if you are flying for more than 1 week, then of course you should visit this excursion. Also if you have an interest to buy a fur coat. and Greece, ... In my opinion, a one-day trip from Marmaris to Rhodes is relevant only if you have a valid Schengen visa, when you are tired of the beauty of Marmaris and its bays, or if you want to eat traditional Greek dishes such as moussaka or kleftiko. Special planning for such a trip without a Schengen visa, but with an order for a short-term Greek visa is not worth the financial or labor costs. There is little time for a walk, a lot of running around, but for a change and without inflated tourist expecta ... Farther...
Good day to all! We are going to Crete as a family in June 2013 with children (5 and 11 years old). Among other excursions we want to visit the island of Santorini. I want to ask advice from "experienced" travelers: how best to prepare for the excursion, does it shake a lot on the boat, maybe it's better to give the children some drugs for motion sickness before the trip, go on an excursion on their own or with a tour operator, what to bring as souvenirs ??? In general, we are interested in any nuances, one way or another connected with a trip to Santorini with children. Thanks in advance for the information.

We were on Santurini without a guide, there are books in all the kiosks (periptors), according to which it’s very normal, you can see all the sights. In general, we went for a week, it wasn’t enough ... We stayed for 2 weeks! Farther...
Three weeks trip. Would love to see more. It is desirable to share the experience of personal "movement" to the sights.

Hello Sandra! I can recommend all excursions except the fur factory. But, if you are traveling with children, then keep in mind that all excursions are long and take place in the morning, in the first half of the day, i.e. into the hell. It was unbearable for us adults, even with their comfortable buses. Very exhausting, and interest disappears, although there is certainly something to see and listen to. If you tolerate the heat easily, then you will like everything. The price is not cheap for ... Farther...

Hello. To Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania without visas for Ukrainians. To Croatia only if there is a Schengen. You can still go to Macedonia, a visa is not needed, it seems to cost about 100 euros for two days, since this is not a close light. The guide told us about this excursion when we went to Albania, but we did not find it on the waterfront in the agencies Farther...
Good evening, dear forum users. In connection with the upcoming vacation, I am faced with a dilemma which country to give preference to. Most of all, of course, I like Croatia, but due to the wild euro exchange rate in Ukraine, this trip is slightly shifted in time. So the choice fell on Montenegro and Greece. I would like to hear the opinion of the experienced, which of these countries will be more interesting and more democratic in terms of prices. If we talk about basic accommodation in hotels where you can wash and spend the night, then the prices will be very similar. Therefore, the statistics of prices within the country for meals and excursions are interesting. And in general, which of the countries would be more interesting in terms of attractions near the resort towns. We are interested in both natural sights and various architectural "daytime". I would be grateful for any ideas

I was in Rhodes, and I was in Budva, I can say In Greece there is something to see, and in Montenegro the prices for everything are lower for food and alcohol. Although the conditions of the settlement were approximately the same, that is, studios with kitchens and a balcony. The sea is clean here and there .Greece spent 50% more money. Farther...
Good afternoon, we are going with friends to go to Greece in September. We don't know where to go. We are three girls, 23 years old. We are going for a week, we want to swim in the sea, a beautiful beach, visit several excursions, in a word, a combined vacation. Please tell me - where to go to rest in Greece for the first time, and what excursions to visit, it is desirable that they be near the hotel (or relatively close) We think to save a little on the hotel, but visit interesting places
