The credit card is blocked, yesterday the hotel tried to write off, but it did not work out. I thought about closing the account, but then I found out about the 30-day closing period to resolve issues. As I understand it, just such issues as the hotel's claim. Right? Should I close the account or will it only get worse? Is it possible that in these 30 days it will be easier for them to write off? Can the hotel somehow hold me accountable?
