Then 2 discs were offered for $ 20: 1 with views of beautiful places in Egypt (CD) and the video recording of us on the tour (DVD). We bought a disk. They didn't check on the spot. If there is a tour logo and some quality guarantees on the disc, then you need to resolve the issue with them.
If it turns out that the disc is empty, without recording, I think that you will definitely get your money back. Tez will not spoil his image on such a trifle. But be aware that the disc will be taken for verification, and if it turns out that there is a record on it, and you simply cannot play it on your equipment, or the record has been deleted, and not just missing, then no one will ...
