In which hotel to stay in order not to be disappointed in Seoul and Busan &?

This summer I am going to South Korea for the first time. Please tell me which hotel is better to stay in Seoul, so that it is within $ 80-100 for two, real Korean (with national flavor), center, shops and restaurants nearby and few Russians (in the hotel). Thanks in advance. Maybe you can tell me a hotel (within the same amount) and in Busan on the beach, closer to the center.

I haven’t been to Alanya itself (I was nearby - Konakli, but mostly I rest in Kemer). Was there at the end of May. Sea 22-23, in early June warmer 23-24. It is cool for children, but the prices for rest are the most normal. most importantly, if the hotel has an outdoor pool - it should be in the sun in the morning (and not be closed by the body) so that it warms up throughout the day. I love Turkey and I advise you to rest in Turkey. in Alanya there are more sandy beaches, but in Kemer you can ... Farther...
How not to pay a penalty for canceling a booking on Booking?

There is a hotel reservation on booking.com, for which the cancellation penalty is 100%, although there is still a week before check-in at the hotel.
