Good evening, we are from Ukraine! I want to share my impressions of the hotel. We came to Bulgaria for the first time, so it happened (we traveled a lot) and were pleasantly surprised.
we arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning, check-in was expected until 2:15 p. m. - the cleaners could not clean the room in any way, well, check-in according to the rules from 2:00 p.
The choice of the hotel is random, the first time in Bulgaria they went to take a risk. Pros: 5 minutes to the sea, centrally located from cafes and shops. I recommend taking euros and exchanging them for levies, you can also pay with a UAH card in local stores.
The hotel was good maybe 10 years ago. At the moment, the hotel is without renovations in the rooms, the room is simply falling to pieces, somewhere a plinth, somewhere a table.
To all UKRAINIANS! I do not recommend going to the Colosseum 4* hotel, Bulgaria. The hotel is not even 3*. The administration at the reception desk is almost "in a mess".
I rested with two children (8.15), upon check-in, they gave me a room with keys that was simply terrible, small, with a dirty bathroom and wet rooms! But after the appeal was changed to another, with a view of the water park!
Vacationed with my son in August. I really liked the hotel. I recommend! I will write my review of what was important to me when I was choosing a hotel and maybe something new, maybe it will help someone in their choice.
We booked a hotel for 3 people, and ended up with 2 single beds and 1 piece of furniture with an unclear name (not an armchair or a sofa) measuring 1 meter by 6 cm, and according to the logic of the hotel, a child 125 cm tall should sleep there.
In this difficult time, she decided to take her child to the sea. Away from anxiety. The choice fell on the Kotva 4* hotel. Great hotel. Food is good, more usual for our region.
Hotel area, super Lots of pools The cuisine is delicious That's ALL of the advantages Boring, “0” animators, boring for children, same for adults There is no customer focus!
