This hotel was recommended to us by a travel agency. I could give this hotel a 10, but I'll give it a 9 because there was an incident in the parking lot outside the hotel. There, a spare part was unscrewed from the car, but in principle, then we quickly decided everything with the hostess. Check-in wasn't expected at all.

There, a spare part was unscrewed from the car, but in principle, then we quickly decided everything with the hostess. Check-in wasn't expected at all. As soon as we arrived and approached the reception, we were immediately settled. The room was excellent, despite the fact that we had two children 10 and 4 years old, but the place was provided for all four. It was very comfortable and everything was perfect. The hotel has its own territory, there is a swimming pool, there is a playground. Everything is very comfortable here. The beach is 7 minutes walk. The Internet was paid, of course a minus, and we did not use it. Just bought a card in the store. And I really liked the food. The hotel parking is paid and very expensive. Moreover, cars are parked behind the hotel and nothing is blocked there. Any person passing by has access to them, there is actually no protection. This is certainly an unpleasant moment that we are faced with.

Great hotel with excellent service, daily cleaning and change of towels, food was especially pleasing, in fact - all inclusive) the choice is diverse, everything the soul and stomach desires, alcohol and drinks are also a wide choice. Close to the sea, where there is a free zone and not one)

And so in detail about the rest, even though it was a long time ago . . We left Kyiv by bus. These were already the last trips, so it was a real pleasure to go there: - a huge luxury bus, -only five tourists for this whole huge bus -a young girl accompanying us to the resort and two drivers in a good mood.

We left Kyiv by bus. These were already the last trips, so it was a real pleasure to go there:
- a huge luxury bus,
-only five tourists for this whole huge bus
-a young girl accompanying us to the resort and two drivers in a good mood.
Since we were all going to Sunny Beach and all from Kyiv, no one was against going not through Chernivtsi, but through Odessa.
And so, instead of 30 hours on the road, we got there in 16-18, and then, only because we stood on the Moldova-Romania border for a long time.
Since we arrived much earlier than planned, we ended up at the hotel around 5 am.
The hotel administrator is just sadness....She showed with her whole appearance how we surrendered to her at that time. It’s good that she at least spoke Russian and English, so we decided not to mock ourselves and asked for early check-in (for which we paid as per day, and not as we have accepted 50% of the cost). But we were so tired that we wanted nothing more than to fall on the bed...
The room was more or less... No frills, went out onto the street behind the hotel.
The next day we met with a guide from our tour operator, everyone asked questions. We bought from her an excursion to the Bulgarian village. I will say this, advertising is cooler than the excursion itself, but in general they did not regret it, because. anyway, the tour was in the evening and it was raining that day. There was no point in staying in the room.
Cleaning for 9 days was not observed)
Wi-fi was at the reception and that was not very ice... It was best to catch when few people were sitting in the lobby. By the way, the lobby is very personal, you could order a normal cocktail.
The hotel had only two food systems: all and HB. We had breakfast + dinner, which we did not regret a bit, because. during the day they mostly walked or were on the beach. Those who had an all were mostly Germans, with disgusting behavior (worse than ours), who had one desire to drink as much alcohol as possible, but not a desire to just relax. Those who ride on the alley are mostly at the pool.
The food at the hotel was normal . . I won’t say that I was delighted, like a good five in Turkey, but considering the money we went for, it was generally excellent (the tour cost us about $ 500 for two !!!! )
Near the hotel there are a sufficient number of shops and exchangers. It is located very close to the sea. If you go to the junction, then in five minutes you will get there . . In fact, this is to cross the road and walk 100 meters along the alley, where you will find everything possible and not only.
From the hotel it is convenient to get to Nessebar and St. Vlas. At all stops there is a detailed schedule, routes and docking points, so you can get where your heart desires for adequate money.
By the time of year. For those who doubt whether to go at the end of September, I would not advise you to worry too much. Out of 9 days of good rest, we definitely had not very good weather for 3 days . . Pretty cool, but in general, these were the days when we went for a walk, to see new places (I haven’t been there for a long time). Some stores don't really work, but still, it's not a problem to find what you need.
And in other matters, I'll tell you this . . Who goes to Bulgaria for what. If you are going to just relax, get away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, swim in the sea, sunbathe in the sun, and not feel like a well-known leader in checking restaurants and hotels, then Bulgaria is a good economical option. Without denying ourselves anything, we spent another $ 500 somewhere on vacation, but considering how much we bought (both clothes and wine), it was not very expensive! By the way, if you look, there are wonderful wines in Bulgaria ! ! Especially from frozen grapes (it seems so).
If you are going to get a luxury class vacation, then you are simply not in this country. In general, there are very good and sympathetic people.

We were in Sunny Beach for the second time, so the hotel was chosen not on a whim, but purposefully Diamant (we really liked it outwardly when we lived in neighboring Paloma in 2008). Chosen and not lost. I belong to the category of tourists for whom, by and large, a hotel bed and a good buffet are needed, I consider some other excesses to be optional.

So in this hotel everything was for me : ) The rooms are standard (as long as I traveled, all the rooms are like twin brothers, except for Egypt, of course: a room, a bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a mirror). There are balconies with two views: to the patio with a swimming pool and "seals" on sunbeds and to a busy road. We had a second one, and we were satisfied: the sounds were muffled through the double-glazed window, at least nothing bothered us. Breakfasts and dinners (we took just such an option so that during the day you could have a snack somewhere outside the hotel, for example, a wonderful baked potato, yum-yum) were a buffet with a large selection of dishes. Everything is very tasty, even for my pretentious taste in food matters. . There were a lot of fruits: watermelons almost every day, apples, oranges, grapes. Always ice cream for dinner. Only drinks in the evening are paid (this is almost everywhere in Europe). Ten minutes walk to the sea. City beach, free. But if you need sun loungers or umbrellas - 7 leva apiece. But being in Bulgaria on the golden sand and lying on sunbeds is a crime! ! There is no such sand anywhere else. Maybe the United Arab Emirates or Cuba will someday win my competition for the most free-flowing sand, but so far Sunny Beach is out of competition. The sea is just amazing. True, it is unclear, not as clean and gleaming as the Mediterranean, not as rich in life and vegetation as the Red, but it is warm and soft, and beckons you to swim without stopping. Oh, I'll probably come back here in my old age : )
