The hotel was good maybe 10 years ago. At the moment, the hotel is without renovations in the rooms, the room is simply falling to pieces, somewhere a plinth, somewhere a table. But the biggest minus and the fact that forced me to write a negative review is the bathroom. In the morning and in the evening, you had to come in with a gas mask, the stench from the sewage was terrible. Teeth were brushed in the kitchen sink. The staff at the reception only looks as if to pick a pocket. She asked me to grab the bracelets for lunch because she knew that when we leave, we will not get to lunch 100%. I was offered to buy lunch after all and they will give me boxes on the way. But it would be better if they didn't give those boxes, because it was already g...(two unfortunate buns quickly rolled up that they fell asleep + 1 apple + water). But they bought food before the trip, so don't count on their boxes. The vending machines with drinks near the pool broke in the middle of the week, and no one repaired them until the time of our departure.
The water park saved the situation, it worked in the morning and until the evening. And also the situation in the hotel was saved by the snack bar and especially the waiter Alyona (always smiling and trying to please the tourists). The kitchen is a separate story - from the first trip, my son said that he didn't like anything, even the miserable macaroni they didn't know how to boil, before that there was nothing to compare it with. Apparently, when the shift changed (at the end of our stay in the gttel), cooking became better. In general, I will not go to this hotel again, but the Sunny Beach resort itself has become more comfortable than Golden Sands due to the large and spacious beaches.
