I do not recommend going to the Colosseum 4* hotel, Bulgaria.
The hotel is not even 3*.
The administration at the reception desk is almost "in a mess". They don't solve the problem, they say to speak exclusively in Russian, not Ukrainian...they treat the tourist with no respect.
