Yes, the hotel is of “Soviet architecture”, but not the worst example.
The first and most important thing is that he is on the first line. But it is separated from the promenade (immediately behind the path there is a wide beach). And the central entrance generally faces the square. There is also decent parking there. Almost all rooms (most) have at least some view of the sea. Normal balconies with table and chairs.
The location is almost ideal (plus two minutes to the ALDO supermarket, if anyone needs it). To the tour bus stop (Hotel Riva) - 15 minutes if your back is forward. There are also city buses (2 leva). It makes sense to go to Old Nessebar or Pomorie (it’s further, it’s 5 levs there).
The food was more than sufficient. For breakfast - eggs (in three versions), three types of sausage (including dry-cured sausage, and this is not Turkish “sausage”), three types of “hot” (sausages, fried sausages, fried sausage), cheese, feta cheese, vegetables, olives, all sorts of cereals and balls, fruits, sweets...The most important thing is YOGURT in bowls!
Well, a standard set of drinks. As for a C - through the roof! And for dinner - everything was perfectly prepared and more than enough. But keep in mind that the choice of food ALWAYS depends on the occupancy of the hotel. More people - more choice. But if you are going to the sea to eat, then take yourself another stick of boiled sausage from home (to “save” in Bulgaria), and eat! Otherwise, they simply tire the “starving Volga region” who make themselves a dozen three-finger-thick toasts for breakfast. And so, the bulk of tourists are “fat trust”! Where else to eat???
Now from the “specifics”. There are only two sockets in the room (for the TV and refrigerator), so you need to take a tee. Secondly, the beds have sheets without elastic. If you spin around in your sleep (or not just in your sleep), you may end up on a bare (albeit clean) mattress. Don’t be lazy, take a sheet with elastic bands (90x190 cm) from home. Put it on, and put the hotel one on top. In any case, it will be better. The set includes two towels.
If you don't have enough, grab some more. I also always take (or buy locally) regular soap and a washcloth. It’s difficult to just wash with gel. And it was there only in a container (dispenser), nothing “disposable” was observed (if anyone needs shampoo, conditioner, tonic, etc.... ). And the funny thing is that there is no shower...At first I almost had a heart attack, but I saw a mixer with a shower on the wall. Oddly enough, it turned out to be much more convenient. Soap and a washcloth are nearby on the washbasin, to wash your feet - you can put them on the toilet. The drain is excellent. Surprisingly, the floor dries almost instantly! And the shower reaches the toilet, if anyone needs it...
The floor is carpeted. Comfortable. There are tiles on the balcony. If it rains it is very slippery. Don't forget the drying cord. There it attaches perfectly, but at sea everything dries poorly, it takes time (or sun). But there is wind, so if you don’t want to see your swimming trunks on a tree, it’s better to take small clothespins.
It is quite often windy in Bulgaria, so it is better to take clothespins for towels on the sunbeds. Or you can simply take an elastic band and tie it into a ring, and use it to press the towel, putting the ring on the back of the lounger.
There are a couple of glasses in the room. But if you want to EAT, then take cutlery and plates with you. There are quite a lot of tasty things in supermarkets (both for “grub” and “snack”). But most importantly (this is Bulgaria) don’t forget the CORKSCREW! Yes, and the beer needs something to open...
On this bright note - make your choice, enjoy your vacation and enjoy life!

I was in Bulgaria, had a good rest. The room is normal, it is not big, cleaned every three days. Hotel by the sea, we did not use the pool. Not a bad hotel for the money. The beach is quite clean, sunbeds, umbrellas are paid. The location is excellent, everything you need is close.

Everything was wonderful. There were no delays. They supported us constantly during our trip. Had a last minute tour to this hotel. I liked the hotel because it is international, many Germans and Poles. It’s better to order breakfast and dinner right away, we already paid for dinner on the spot, it turned out to be much more expensive if we bought it from a travel agency right away.

10 points can be given to this hotel, because I had an injury there, assistance was provided in a timely manner. This hotel was offered by a travel agency, we did not choose it ourselves. The hotel is close to the sea. Good location, comfortable rooms. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my family and friends if they go on holiday to Bulgaria.

I note that the staff at the reception speaks several languages, including Russian and English. Before check-in and after check-out, luggage was politely placed in a storage room (a small room with racks for bags, free of charge). You can borrow an iron from the reception every day, but not more than 1 hour.

I note that the staff at the reception speaks several languages, including Russian and English. Before check-in and after check-out, luggage was politely placed in a storage room (a small room with racks for bags, free of charge). You can borrow an iron from the reception every day, but not more than 1 hour. Ironing board in the hallway. The hotel has 4 lifts so there were never any queues. One panoramic elevator - beauty. The pool is shared with the neighboring four, there are enough places, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, sunbeds near the pool are free. By the sea - paid, but a large free zone, sunbathe yourself on the sand right next to the sea as much as you want. Wi-fi in the room was rather weak, but in the hallway and in the hall near the reception it was good. Breakfast - like for a triple, very much nothing: watermelons, bananas or pears, since there were plums, muesli, milk, kefir, porridge (either buckwheat or oatmeal), scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, delicious pastries, cakes, honey, sliced cheeses and sausages (not very), butter (terrible, the cheapest spread - this would be a substitute), drinks - yuppies, tea, coffee, milk. The standard rooms do not have a hair dryer, no shampoo, there is soap, liquid, 4 towels, which are changed every 3 days. The bed was not changed in a week. In general, cleaning is so-so, they don’t clean the balcony at all - the table with a trace of a glass left by the previous tenants was not wiped even once in 8 days, as well as the sand from the balcony was never swept away, the room was not vacuumed very carefully, but not dirtyit was, for some reason, every time they remade the already made bed, apparently to create the appearance of a very thorough cleaning - it would be better to wipe the dust and vacuum it better. The room has a TV, 4-5 Russian channels, and the rest - Bulgarian, a small refrigerator. Oh yes, the panoramic elevator shaft also needs to be removed. There is no fungus or mold in the rooms. But in the dining room near the air conditioner, where there is little humidity, there is a little bit. Cutlery is clean. The sea is also good - warm and clean, but restless, periodically stormy. The location of the hotel is wonderful, three minutes to the sea. We had a room with a side view of the sea - we enjoyed its noise all night. In general, they were satisfied with the hotel, a small minus is the quality of cleaning, but considering all the pluses and the fact that this is still a three-star hotel, everything is wonderful. Thanks for a pleasant stay : )

Troika on the first line A good triple on the first line, has a large pool in common with the neighboring four. The meals were breakfasts, everything was standard - omelettes, boiled eggs, sausage (tasteless), sausages, vegetables, cheese, cereals, oranges, melons and watermelons from fruits. The room was immediately opposite the elevator, but the corridors are carpeted, so extraneous sounds do not interfere.

Troika on the first line
A good triple on the first line, has a large pool in common with the neighboring four.
The view from the room is gorgeous - sea to the left, mountains to the right. The bathroom has already been described, for us the lack of a curtain was not critical. It smelled of sewage, but not fatal. There were two beds, we were told that there were no double beds in the hotel and we could just move them, which we did. Cleaning every day, bed change once a week (as written at the reception), towels like every three days changed.
There is a currency exchange in the lobby, but the exchange rate is unfavorable, it is better to take a walk on Flower street (the main promenade from the Mladost supermarket to the sea) and change at a bank branch at a good rate. You need to have a passport with you, the bank has a lunch break (like from 13 to 14) and works until 17-30 (but this is not accurate). Saturday, Sunday off. And if you go to Burgas - there is generally a delicious course))
Right at the hotel you can rent a car - we took a Mercedes a class $ 40 per day, went to Pomorie, Sozopol and Burgas.
If you go up from the hotel up to the street there is an Aldo supermarket, but the prices are more favorable in Mladost (it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it with the usual step in a straight line to the left of Aldo). Across the road from Aldo is a great Chinese restaurant - would recommend.
Right at the exit from the pool across the promenade is the Amigo bar, where you can dance and drink with cool bartenders.
It takes about 20 minutes to get to Nessebar by bus, but I advise you to swim back and forth by sea from Flower street - for 10 lev per person a pleasant boat trip and not as crowded as on a bus.
In Nessebar on the peninsula, I highly recommend the family restaurant Dionis - delicious seafood, chic homemade white wine, beautiful sea views and generally a very cozy place

Very nice staff at the reception and in the cafe.
I used a safe at the reception, 4 leva per day.
There is a currency exchange office, but the rate is not much underestimated, you can walk 50 meters to the Karona exchange office and exchange currency there.
For food, only breakfast was taken. The food is monotonous, but you can stretch a week. Juices are not natural, coffee from the machine is not tasty. For lunch or dinner, for money, they ordered dishes from the menu, the portions are large and tasty.
Nearby there is a restaurant "Emona", it is not expensive and tasty, they often sat there.
According to the number: we did not like the room offered to us by the tour operator and after paying 10 lev per day, we took a room with a sea view. The room is not big, the air conditioner is quiet. There were only two sockets in the room, which included a TV and a refrigerator, and if you need to recharge your phone, then you had to sacrifice something)
The shower and toilet are in one small room, not separated by anything, there is no hair dryer.
When they left the room, the doors to (shower room - toilet) and the balcony were left open for ventilation, otherwise the room smelled of dampness.
Cleaning in the room surface type, change trash bags and bring toilet paper.
Be careful! ! !
On the second day of rest, they made a drawing of henna on his shoulder for his wife. Traces of Henna got on the bed and on the day the room was given, we were confronted with the fact that we had to pay 90 lev for the bed.
Don't repeat our mistakes
Have a good rest everyone.
