I would like to express my gratitude to the Travel Professional Group (TPG) operator represented by Victoria Radchenko for the excellent organization of the holiday in Malaysia (2014). I have been asking for help from this company and this manager for the third year in a row, in 2012-2013 it was Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. Victoria is well versed in the intricacies and peculiarities of Southeast Asia, as a result of which we always had the most comfortably planned route on our hands. Her desire to fully satisfy the client's requirements, tips in controversial moments, special attention to accommodations along the route - all this translates into a high-quality result at the end. I would like to express my special gratitude for the organization of movement and transfers along the tour routes. Over the years, everything has happened, and the bankruptcy of Aerosvit, when we urgently had to rebook air tickets and only thanks to the professional actions of Victoria Radchenko we did not lose money for these tickets, and the cancellation of flights of local Malaysian air carriers (Berjaya Air), when we had to plan ferry transfers with which until the last moment there was no approved schedule and their complete dependence on weather conditions. But in spite of everything, for all these years there has not been a single failure along the route of movement. There were also moments of the fastest and most positive resolution of our unexpected questions on calls from abroad, and this is taking into account the time difference of 6 hours.
At the moment, I don’t even consider other options besides TPG - the price, quality and reliability are at the highest level. Victoria Radchenko is a wonderful, kind, sympathetic and professional manager who, without exaggeration, can solve any tourist problem and help in absolutely everything. As long as such people work in the staff of the Travel Professional Group, it is guaranteed the first place in the rating of tour operators.
