My review concerns the tour operator TPG
We paid for a tour to Crete from Dnepropetrovsk to Dnepropetrovsk, a month before the start of the tour, a week before departure, we were informed that the return flight to Dnepropetrovsk was canceled
They offered to transfer us to Kharkov, we agreed, but after 2 hours they began to demand an additional payment of 150 euros
We wrote a letter that we do not agree and demand to transfer us without additional payment, to which they answered that they could already transfer us only to Kyiv with the loss of one day of rest
They assured that they would return the money for a day at the hotel and pay us for railway tickets from Kyiv to Dnepropetrovsk
Persuaded to this option, despite the fact that there was a connection between the plane and the train for three hours
They said that flights are usually not delayed and there will be no problems
And if there are, we will solve them as they become available.
The day before departure to Kyiv, we were informed that our flight was delayed for 4 hours and of course we did not have time for the train
No one began to solve our problem as it arrived and did not offer options for how we could get home, since we do not have time for the train
And we traveled with a small child!
In addition to all this, today a month has already passed since our return, the money for the missing day was returned only a week ago, and the money for the train tickets has not yet been returned to us!
With all this, the employees of the Dnepropetrovsk office behave extremely incompetently and boorishly! Namely Gorobets Ekaterina and Zoya Dyachek!
From the very beginning they did not give accurate information and behaved incompetently!
The heads of the main office in Kyiv also did not react in any way to my letter of complaint.
Therefore, we can conclude that the company is extremely unstable, incompetent and does not respect its tourists, if it allows such an attitude! I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company!
