Terrible service, completely unprofessional

TPG acted as carriers of our group, flight Kharkiv - Sozopol, 06/03/2015. It all started with the fact that the bus was delayed for more than an hour, while those tourists whom he picked up along the route were not informed about this. When they began to call the numbers indicated in the travel documents, no one picked up the phone - it turned out that there were completely different people on the flight. In the Odessa area, the driver got lost altogether. Instead of the declared 15.00 in Sunny Beach, they were at 22.00 (at customs, the delay was literally two hours, no more, although it was made the cause of all the troubles)

Flight back 06/11/2015. Initially, it was reported that the bus leaves at 11.00 and the information will be at the reception. Naturally, she was not there, but we managed to find out through the tour operator that the departure was actually at 16.00. Transfers unloaded everyone on the side of the road, but at 16.00 it became clear that there was no bus. The phone number of the guide indicated in the voucher did not answer, the travel agency also could not get through to the carrier. At 17.00 it became known that the bus had just entered the country. At 22.00 he came for us, dropping the arrived tourists. We were quickly loaded into a dirty and smelly bus, which did not have air conditioning. There was no talk of comfort - the bus is old, everything creaks and rattles. Drivers are boorish, they began to yell at us and be rude to legitimate claims. It turned out that they were on a flight without rest, that is, after moving the road at 40 o'clock, they were taking people back - by God, I was scared for myself.

On the way back, the situation repeated itself. With the statements that "we found a better way", the driver got lost in the Krivoy Rog region - he drove 150 km from Berislav to Krivoy Rog for 6 hours, for some reason turning onto a generally broken road and wandering around the villages. As a result, instead of the estimated time of arrival on June 12 at 21.00 (according to the carrier, the journey takes 28-32 hours, customs passed very quickly), we arrived in Krivoy Rog at the destination at 04.30.
