We flew from the travel agency Join UP for the first time. At the beginning of the trip everything was great, but at the end of the holiday we were very disappointed. Six of us flew from Kharkov, back we were told that 2 people were flying to Kharkov, and 4 to Kyiv. Although the big car was at the Kharkov airport, no one cared about it. In addition to everything, our flight was delayed for 14 hours, we had to sit at the reception with our suitcases at the hotel. →

We chose this company because it had good reviews. All the time we were contacted by an employee of the company via viber, since we live in Poland. They were informed about the changes and even their representative in Egypt met at the airport, helped fill out the visa application form, and drove to the hotel + the same way when they returned back. Everything is great, we are very satisfied. →

I want to leave a review about Join up. Not the first bad one, but another one. We flew to Egypt. The day before departure, we were informed that the departure time was changing, instead of morning to evening, which means that we lost a day, but who cares, moreover, the plane was late, and we settled only at four in the morning, as a result, we burned down day and night in the hotel, of course there is no question of compensation. →

The representative of Join Up was seen at the hotel only on the day when he sold us excursions, no one else saw him at the hotel. To clarify the time of excursions, call him on his mobile. They didn’t even come to pick us up for a free tour and they couldn’t get through to him. As a result, they did not get to Soho. Well, at least a leaf with a departure found time to deliver. →

We spent the winter holidays with Join UP in Finland, took a package tour from them to the Hotel Hullu Poro. A very cozy winter place, ideal for those who want to ski and be in silence. Thanks to the manager for a good choice, we probably would not have chosen this hotel ourselves. But we were assured that everything would be fine. We flew off perfectly, to the place by transfer from the operator. →

They did not warn that food on board is ordered 72 hours in advance from the tour operator. On the return flight, I ordered from the airline directly, for the same reason .. Not notified about the additional options of the air carrier. I had to buy more luggage and food through the Russian branch of flydubai. Such simple moments can be offered in advance - and avoid accusations of poor organization of the tour. →
