We flew from the travel agency Join UP for the first time. At the beginning of the trip everything was great, but at the end of the holiday we were very disappointed. Six of us flew from Kharkov, back we were told that 2 people were flying to Kharkov, and 4 to Kyiv. Although the big car was at the Kharkov airport, no one cared about it. In addition to everything, our flight was delayed for 14 hours, we had to sit at the reception with our suitcases at the hotel. Thanks for not being at the airport!
Upon arrival in Kyiv Zhuliany airport at 12.00 at night, it was necessary to
then getting to Kharkov (which is 480 km) did not bother anyone with personal difficulties. After a hot brawl, we were nevertheless returned compensation in the amount of 1600 UAH. for four in the presence of checks at gas stations.
The reasons for the flight are still unknown to us and no one has been held responsible.
