We bought one tour, which we wanted for a very long time. Upon arrival, we were confronted with the fact that there were no places in the hotel and were taken to a completely different hotel, which turned out to be absolutely terrible. Nobody got in touch, they called and wrote to everyone. We went to the hotel that we booked by taxi, where the manager said that they had not been cooperating with Joint AP for several months and all Ukrainians were simply bred!!! The same thing was said in the hotel in which we were settled. →

We bought a tour to Sharm El Sheikh from 12.08-19.08 for 7 nights and 8 days. As soon as they paid for the tour, the next day they began to change the departure time. The money was paid, but we stayed 6 nights and 7 days, day and night were stolen. after payment, they report what they should have reported in advance. They flew back on a different flight, supposedly their flight has changed . →
