I went on the tour "Blitz Vienna And Venice + Verona" and everything was fine for me. In the agency, they took a lesser look at everything and arranged everything smoothly. For the first time, everything was better with flights, they didn’t get stuck, it’s always comfortable to finish it. On all excursions, everything was good, but I think that in Budapest for two years - only a little sleep, but I think that wine is not required. →

My parents went twice and everything was great. That is, once in a while it is not necessary. We bought a tour for July 2019 "Weekend in Hungary". We had all sorts of minor inconsistencies, which, however, did not affect the overall impression in any way. The tour program was fully implemented, optional (paid) excursions were not forced to go, the drivers helped with the suitcases and behaved very friendly, the hotels corresponded to the declared ones. →

Good evening! Today I returned from the tour "And I'm in Paris" (flight 161) and, frankly, good emotions and memories remained only from the countries we visited, hotels and bus drivers. The drivers are super, they did their job very well, special thanks to them for this. Regarding the bus, it’s just HORRIBLE, how can you give tourists such a bus if the tour includes night journeys: air conditioners dripping on your head, a leaking sunroof from the rain, the stove in the bus does not work around the perimeter of the entire bus, but only for 3 people, in number which I got. →

We took a tour at our regional representative office, from the tour resellers, as I understand it, not directly from Accord. Therefore, some information was not told to us, they did not provide data on the location of the hotel. But otherwise everything was fine, everyone told. They did not tell only that the ticket includes an additional 30-something euros for some excursions. →

Departure date has been postponed twice! Despite the fact that many had already taken a vacation, they constantly lied about the reason, since then everyone on the bus told other stories. The people were extremely unhappy. Many friends used before and everything was ok. I DO NOT ADVISE! →

Unfortunately, recently it has become completely impossible to work with the company. An unjustified huge list of documents for visas, the need to send back and forth several types of questionnaires several times, the constant rudeness of employees (especially the director of the Kiev branch!), As well as the inability to get through to the company office and at least find out something. →

Hello. I address first of all to the representatives of the tourist industry. A very unhappy situation has developed, which can only develop in a country like ours. This already spoiled everyone's mood before the trip and I don't want to go. The bottom line: The tour operator of swindlers and thieves Accord stole 2 (two!) Days of the tour from us and made several free excursions optional and paid, overturned the program. →

I won’t delve too deeply into the topic of how long it all took to complete, in short, We arranged a bus tour to Italy through Accord, the client who was traveling was an ordinary woman, she provided all the documents and certificates, nothing foreshadowed any troubles there .... called up with her for 2 days after departure, everything was ok, as a few days later they called us and said that she had RUN !!!!!! Naturally, they are now looking for her, but now we have problems. →

The fact that the group leader and guides organize the trip itself at the highest level is true, but as for the organization of the work of the tour operator Akkorod-tour, it’s terrible (now it’s clear why their contact phone number is not on the official website, only a fax !! !). Decisions on visas come a day or two before the departure, that is, many tourists go to Lviv, with no certainty whether they will have a visa in their passport or not. →
