Good evening!
Today I returned from the tour "And I'm in Paris" (flight 161) and, frankly, good emotions and memories remained only from the countries we visited, hotels and bus drivers. The drivers are super, they did their job very well, special thanks to them for this.
Regarding the bus, it’s just HORRIBLE, how can you give tourists such a bus if the tour includes night journeys: air conditioners dripping on your head, a leaking sunroof from the rain, the stove in the bus does not work around the perimeter of the entire bus, but only for 3 people, in number which I got. It was frying under my seat so that you could get a stroke (the guy sat on the steps by the door, because it is torture to sit on such seats), it was impossible to turn off the stove, because the rest were cold and terribly blew from the windows. With my height of 160 cm, my legs rested on the next chair. Accord-tour, buses produced in 1996 need to be changed!!!!!
As for the guide, Anastasia, a girl who does not yet have the necessary experience and knowledge to organize excursions to big cities, in our case Paris (everything was excellent in Vienna, Salzburg). We were late for excursions, as the Paris metro and buses caused problems: we sat on the wrong line. If you organize a tour of Paris during demonstrations, festivals, you need to change / adjust the route so that tourists do not run around Paris with umbrellas under hail and do not make their own walking route in GoogleMaps. And the guide should definitely know which branch to get on, where to get off and navigate the city, because 28 more people are following her.
The queue for the boat on the Seine, sorting out relations with the controllers (explaining that we are a tourist group) fell on the shoulders of tourists, Anastasia was not with us.
Personally, the guide didn’t buy metro tickets for me and my sister, although she was warned 100 times in advance that we would go with her and didn’t know where to buy them !!! And she offered us to wait 1.5 hours in the metro while she took the group to the Louvre. Then they ran all over the subway in search of tickets. There is much more to write about the guide, but let's move on.
The biggest disappointment is Budapest. On the first day, we did not get on the excursions, because we stood at customs for a long time (there are no complaints about this, you never know how long you will go through customs), but everyone had hope for the last day of the tour, the price of which includes a sightseeing tour of Budapest. Arriving on the tour, we were met by the guide Ludmila. The tour was exactly 20 minutes (out of the promised hour) and it can hardly be called a tour, we were led 200 meters along the promenade and led to Zara, HM stores. This is absurd!!!! You have optional excursions on your tour for which time is allocated (Oceanaria, baths ...), instead they gave us 1 hour to buy food for the road, and then we defended this 1 hour. With this arrangement, it was possible to leave Salzburg directly to Lviv, and not include Budapest in the tour price, if you get it in transit !!!!!!
We arrived in Lviv at one in the morning and all hoping to have dinner, clean up after the bus, when water drips on your head, charge your phones in Terminal A. We were brought to the Lvovsky railway station, although your program says arrival at Terminal A and free time in it.
After such a horror, this is my last trip with the Accord! On such buses and with such a guide and organization, you cannot go on long trips abroad !!! And in the future I will dissuade everyone from traveling with you !!!
