How Accord-tour throws with visas the day before departure

The fact that the group leader and guides organize the trip itself at the highest level is true, but as for the organization of the work of the tour operator Akkorod-tour, it’s terrible (now it’s clear why their contact phone number is not on the official website, only a fax !! !).

Decisions on visas come a day or two before the departure, that is, many tourists go to Lviv, with no certainty whether they will have a visa in their passport or not.

I, not the first time traveling to Europe (and always with a positive decision of the consulate), ordered a bus tour to Poland from the New Year celebration in Krakow on the Accord-tour, the day before departure I was informed that a Schengen visa was refused with the reason "Mr. grounded the meta of the trip".

It was not possible to find out and receive some information from the Accord Tour, what package of documents was submitted and why, with a paid tour, which includes bus travel, hotel accommodation and New Year's celebrations at the hotel, the consulate considered my trip unreasonable.

Accord-tour also ignored the request to file an appeal and provide the primary package of documents (which was submitted to the consulate).

So, for all tourists, before you rejoice at the ridiculous prices for the tour, think about whether you are ready to be denied a Schengen visa the day before departure ... Due to the large number of tourists and a large number of tours, Accord Tour staff work with you as in a factory on the principle of "who is unlucky - it's not my fault." And in the factory, as you know, there is always a place for marriage and mistakes in the pursuit of profit. Is your passport ready (with a high salary level, the presence of Schengen visas, etc.)
