Who is guilty???

I won’t delve too deeply into the topic of how long it all took to complete, in short, We arranged a bus tour to Italy through Accord, the client who was traveling was an ordinary woman, she provided all the documents and certificates, nothing foreshadowed any troubles there .... called up with her for 2 days after departure, everything was ok, as a few days later they called us and said that she had RUN !!!!!! Naturally, they are now looking for her, but now we have problems. ASKING WHY IS HER PASSPORT IN HANDS??? HE SHOULD LIKE TO BE AT THE GROUP LEADER!!!

we are not able to get into every tourist's head and understand what he thinks and plans!!! we always ask about their intentions, including the return, but if they have thought something up for themselves in advance, then WE NATURALLY HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!! A question to ACCORD - WHAT IS OUR FAULT HERE, WHERE YOU WERE LOOKING AND HOW THE PASSPORT WAS IN HER HANDS, what are the complaints against us!
