We arrived at the hotel, discovered the loss, returned within 15-20 minutes, the seller does not know anything, he forgot how to speak Russian, understand too. They dialed later on the phone, because when they arrived again, everything was closed, it was 17.00 in the yard, they asked to give it back for a fee, they did not understand anything in Russian. Now think about when something goes wrong with your tour, whether they will understand you or just roll up the bench and say that we don’t know anything. People are not honest.
