Beautiful territory, good tasty breakfasts, clean linen and towels every day, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Polite staff who absolutely do not understand Russian, but you can communicate through an online translator. We connected to the Internet via wi-fi in our room every other day, and at the reception, on the beach and in neighboring rooms, the Internet worked without interruption.

The price is affordable, the area is quiet and it takes 5 minutes to parties and revival. Yes, and the sea is nearby. Here are the very things that we wanted when choosing where to settle. It’s still worth starting from the room, but I’m writing about the hotel. The room is well lit, air conditioning is not noisy. There is a balcony. Furniture is normal. There was a large double bed, it was comfortable to sleep. The cleaning is very good and the linen is changed every day and everything in the bathroom is replenished. Hair dryer is weak but tolerable. Ironing board and iron. In general housing will do. Not cool but not bad either. Breakfast is a little bit of everything to eat and don't wake up fruit and meat. And, of course, the assortment does not change. Yes, in general, it's great if you need to take something else and combine it. What's more, it's breakfast. With regards to where to eat in the area, there are no problems and the choice is very large for five minutes and for you there are a lot of cafe shops, etc. The hotel is very well located. The hotel plus was the presence of a swimming pool, albeit a small one and sun beds podubitenkie but clean. It’s not interesting to describe the beach, so everyone writes. To put it simply, I really liked the sea and the beach. The hotel has become a worthy choice for us and we are pleased that we were offered it.

Very good value for money. This is the only way to describe this hotel in a few words. We are satisfied with the rest in it, everything is quite satisfied, of course there is a small nonsense about which I will write further, but in general everything is very good. The Internet works without failures, well, almost) Although repairs would already be needed, but in general, everything is not bad.

The Internet works without failures, well, almost) Although repairs would already be needed, but in general, everything is not bad. We had two good size beds in our room. Sleep was comfortable. The floor is tiled. Safe. Conder works properly and copes with its task. Bathroom ok. Moreover, everything for the bathroom is regularly replenished. In the flesh to cotton buds and razors. But what is strange is that there is a kettle and a coffee-tea set is not supposed to go with it, but in principle this is a trifle. Every day they brought water. Cleaned well and linen changed daily. Another hair dryer is weak, but we prudently brought our own with us) I also recommend taking a clothesline with you or buy it locally. There are no problems with food. The hotel is in a busy area close to a lot of cafes. And with regards to the included breakfast, we liked it. The assortment is not rich, but there is plenty to choose from. . Breakfast buffet based on vouchers to be taken at the reception. The restaurant itself is on the street. Baking is zero, but there are toasts with jam in return. Muesli, cereal, milk, butter. Hot dishes, cold cuts, several types of fruits. Tea coffee is normal, but juices are most likely yuppies. Soups, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with filling will be fried right in front of you. There were even dumplings, well, similar to dumplings) In general, we did not go hungry. Lunches and dinners in a non-hotel at a price tag are all very affordable and full of European dishes. The hotel has a swimming pool and always clean pity just sunbeds a little old. You can swim in it anytime, even at night. The beach is close. On the beach sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee as the beach is public. Entry into the water was comfortable, but the waves were small. I liked everything very much. I recommend the hotel and thanks to the staff for the service.

So the hotel. . . We did not choose the hotel for a long time. The reviews were, of course, both positive and negative. But there were still two very detailed positive reviews, which influenced our decision to stay at this hotel. And in general, we did not regret our choice. Number: There are 10 categories of rooms, we didn’t bother much when buying a tour on a room and booked a regular room with a double bed, because in the first place it was important for us in what place on the territory of the hotel it is located, and not its area.

We decided that if something does not suit, then we will pay extra for another room on the spot. We got a small room, but very convenient location: 2 steps from the beach, so we decided to stay in it. The room is simple, but who cares about the size of the room and a bath instead of a shower, they can choose another room. Fortunately, the choice is quite large: there are rooms with one and two bedrooms, as well as villas with ocean views, bungalows and suites.
Food: breakfast at the hotel - buffet. 10 dishes that are updated every 2-3 days, as well as fruits and quite a few sweets. Everything is tasty and appetizing. But if you order breakfast with you, then this is already the complete opposite: two pieces of bread, one piece of sausage, water, cookies and an egg. And that's all...... Our chagrin knew no bounds when we opened the breakfasts ordered for the tour....
Beach: I must say right away that the sun loungers on the beach and around the pool should be occupied in the evening, putting beach towels on them. Otherwise, there will be nowhere to sunbathe in the morning. The beach is dirty, especially at low tide, a lot of dead crabs, shells, and garbage are washed ashore. The water is muddy, the wind is almost always after 12. But we were ready for this, as we read the information about the resort and about the beaches, so we swam and it did not spoil the rest.
Wi fi: the Internet is everywhere, both near the hotel and on the beach, although Skype works well only at the reception desk.
Summing up the rest, I can say the following: the hotel fully justifies its money, the price-quality ratio, in my opinion, is optimal. The location is also convenient: it takes 20 minutes to walk to the first Boke, and 39 minutes to the cheap one. Scooter rental nearby, shops and cafes are also enough.
P. S. : There is no animation in the hotel. For us, this is a plus.

We have never had a better vacation, although we have visited many places....I don’t know why this time of the year is called "off season"... , the weather was just wonderful for two weeks! We went on all possible excursions... for this, of course, a special thanks to the "Seagull Tour" (located between the hotels "Hai Au" and "Muine De Centri", especially Volodya. I advise you to contact him about purchasing all the excursions, because this is the only true travel agency with excellent Russian guides. Moreover, Volodya will tell you all the information about Mui Ne, where it is better and tastier to eat, where it is cheaper and what to buy. He also has a pharmacy where the prices are best, and she will tell youin any case, believe me. By the way, if you go on an excursion to Dalat, it’s better not to take tea and coffee there, they will charge you three times as much. Volodya’s Chaika Tour has a real price for these products! : 01207521114 - he will become your best assistant, guide, pharmacist and informer! Vietnam is the best!

Good afternoon everyone! I would like to share my trip to Vietnam. Our tour operator was Biblio Globus. The flight from Novosibirsk to Ho Chi Minh City was 7.5 hours. Good afternoon everyone!
I would like to share my trip to Vietnam.
Our tour operator was Biblio Globus. The flight from Novosibirsk to Ho Chi Minh City was 7.5 hours. And then another 7.5 hour bus to Mui Ne. I can say that the transfer to the hotel is very difficult, as the speed of the bus is 40-60 km throughout the journey and 3 stops, which together make up about an hour. Therefore, I advise, if possible (extra $ 100), take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. All the necessary information will tell you the next day at the hotel representative of the travel company. Money can be changed both at the airport and in the resort area (the rate is not much different). The main thing is not to change large amounts, as there is nowhere to spend money in the resort area.
The hotel is a solid 3. As in other Asian countries, the hotel is clean and tidy, and there is terrible dirt outside. I didn't really like the beach - small and not very clean.
It takes out a lot of beautiful shells from the sea - so you can collect souvenirs for friends right “under your feet”.
Upon arrival, they check in quickly, so you don’t have to worry about picking up your passport when you check in, but when you leave, they give it away calmly and without any problems (although I read in many reviews that there may be problems with the return). The main thing is do not forget to leave a tip in the room and there will be no problems : ) For all the time we have never heard about the theft. The hotel has free Wi-Fi everywhere, in the room, on the beach, by the pool, it really is everywhere, the speed is decent.
Breakfast is quite normal, the menu changed daily. The hotel restaurant has one wonderful dish: shrimp, squid, mussels +4 Saigon beer for 600 rubles (translated into our money). I advise!
Wi-Fi is available in many cafes that are located near the hotel.
There are a lot of cafes near the hotel, the food is almost the same everywhere. The guides recommended the cafe "U Zakhara".
They also went ...a not very pleasant incident happened - they ordered 2 bottles of Saigon beer - one normal, and the second without gas and simply diluted with water. They called Zakhar ...he apologized, they brought another bottle of beer. The bill was brought for 3 bottles, including a bad one ...a very unpleasant aftertaste remained and we did not go to this cafe anymore.
So that there are no problems with the stomach, it is better to eat something that is cooked on the grill, or fried or boiled.
We visited almost all the cafes, but we liked the cafe "Snow White" more, it is located on the opposite side of the hotel (slightly to the left). I want to tell you about this institution in more detail (more precisely, about the director Dima).
Dima, director of a cafe and travel agency, speaks Russian very well (tel. 0972-929-173). We had health problems, we turned to Dima, he picked up a medicine for us. Since the transfer from the airport in Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel takes 7.5 hours, we decided to split the return trip by leaving for Ha Chemin City a day earlier.
I also advise you to do so. Dmitry helped us with a taxi (a taxi costs $90) and also booked a hotel. The hotel is VERY good - I advise everyone (Au Lac Hotel 2; www. aulachotel. net. A junior suite costs 2100 rubles). Although the hotel is 3 stars, it cannot be compared with our many fives. I advise you to leave for Ho Chi Minh the day before the plane, and relax there, take a walk (there is something to see) and calmly leave for the Airport on the day of departure (by taxi 20 minutes).
If you are “large”, then you need to bring clothes and shoes with you (there is a problem with large sizes in the resort area. For example, it is problematic to buy women's slates of size 38, and swimwear for a maximum of the second breast size).
Have a good rest!

Celebrated 2012 at this hotel. The hotel is good, cozy, beautiful grounds, large rooms, the rooms have everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, minibar. The hotel is higher than 3 stars. Breakfast is good, you won't go hungry, lots of fruit. There are 2 computers with Internet access at the reception. The hotel is located far from the center of the village, you can't reach it on foot, by taxi 4-5 dollars. metered taxi. On the first day, the TV did not work in the room, the closet door, they called the reception, they quickly fixed everything, the staff would not do it themselves, but if you ask, they immediately respond. I read reviews about the fact that they steal money from safes in the hotel, as it turned out, this is the case in many hotels, we were on excursions and heard from the guys from our bus that it’s the same in other hotels, they steal from safes. We kept the money in a suitcase under lock and key and in the evening when we left the room we left the light on in the room. I also read reviews of other tourists that when you check out from the hotel, they ask you to pay for the minibar for something that you didn’t eat / drink. The same thing happened to us, at night, when checking out from the hotel, they asked to pay for the missing cigarettes in the minibar and some kind of drink, despite the fact that we didn’t use the minibar at all and don’t smoke at all)))) They apparently have a national sport, it will give a ride / will not give a ride in order to earn extra money from tourists. Passports are taken away upon arrival, and when you check out, when you pay for everything, you rent a room, they are given back. So, at the reception they didn’t want to give up my passports, they asked me to pay for the minibar, I became indignant, as a result, only after 15 minutes they gave the passports. I told the representative of Lanta Tour Svetlana, who represents this hotel on behalf of Lanta Tour and is constantly in this hotel, so she called me greedy that I did not pay for the minibar. In general, a disgruntled girl (she also had a boring New Year's performance), apparently with them in share, I already left a lot of money in the country, did not skimp on tips, gave money to the poor just like that, did most of the purchases only to give the local population an opportunity to earn and I don’t want to be made a fool of me at night at discharge when the transfer bus is already waiting for you. The Lanta tour already took us from the hotel 11 hours before the plane's departure, to my indignation - why so early, they answered that it was for insurance, so as not to be late for the plane. But not for 11 hours! The disadvantages of the resort of Phan Thiet, Miu Ne, is that it is a 5-hour drive from the airport and all excursions are 4-5 hours one way minikm. and in this village there is nothing special to do, there is nowhere to walk. Only your hotel - and restaurants in the center. And the sea is dirty there. I liked Vietnam, I will most likely return again, but only to another resort. Food. I really liked the simple Areca restaurant from the hotel to the right across the bridge about 5 minutes on foot. Very tasty, cheap and huge portions. For example, my dinner: avocado and tuna salad, Pho soup (just overeating), huge fried fish, freshly squeezed avocado juice with ice cream cost 200 rubles. Restaurants in the center are more pretentious, the price in them is 2-2 times. 5 is more expensive and doesn't taste any better. King prawns were sold on the beach of the hotel, they cook 5 minutes right in front of you - delicious !!! . On the beach of the hotel, locals sell pearl products. I don’t know how real it is, but they check it in front of you - they scrape it with a knife and burn it with a lighter. The products are beautiful - earrings 2 dollars, beads 8 dollars. In the center is more expensive than on the beach. Also on the beach in front of the hotel (behind a brick wall), local girls offer massages, they do well, from head to toe. price 5 dollars. They make coconut oil, and then a mask and smear the body with a freshly picked leaf of aloe vera. I always did with the girl Sonya - complete relaxation to the sound of the sea and palm branches! Excursions. All excursions were taken in travel agencies on the street. On the first one is the Areca travel agency (they have a common wall with a restaurant). Guide Viet Nam - a teacher of the Russian language, speaks Russian very well, told a lot of interesting things about the country. Through them we went to Dalat, a very rich excursion, I liked it super. On the second tour we went through the Polar Bear agency opposite the hotel on the left across the road. We went to Nha Trang to the island of entertainment! I really liked the island of entertainment, I didn’t want to leave, I didn’t have enough time to ride all the attractions. Prices in travel agencies on the street are much cheaper than buying from guides in a hotel (such as Lanta Tour, Pegasus, etc. ), and they transport in huge buses for 35-40 people, until you collect everyone, take them, and wait for everyone at stops. So I advise you to buy in local agencies on the street, the quality is good, the guides speak Russian, the prices are lower, comfortable air-conditioned minibuses for 10-14 people. Even at the Polar Bear travel agency, you can buy tea, coffee, cobra and tiger ointments much cheaper than in stores where you will be brought during excursions. We bought from them the Zvezdochka-ointment))))) the first knowledge about Vietnam since childhood))). I really liked the country, the sun, the sea, the climate is very mild, a lot of seafood and fruits, mountains, lakes, dunes. People in general are all sweethearts. , sincere. friendly, never cheated, even taking into account the fact that they have a lot of zeros in the currency. 1 dollar = 20.000 dong, i. e. when you change 100 dollars, you get 2 million dong. When you see the price tag, you don’t immediately realize how much it costs, the Vietnamese are great, they suggest, they help, they always gave change correctly, they never counted, they didn’t deceive. Almost no one speaks English, so when you ask them how much it costs, they either show it on a calculator, or write numbers on a piece of paper, or simply take a bill out of their pocket and thereby show how much it costs. The Vietnamese love Russians, as the USSR helped during the war with America. So go to Vietnam, relax, enjoy the sea, sand, sun, food and improve the country's agriculture by eating delicious fruits!! !

In general, the hotel and the territory are quite decent, the breakfasts are normal, the presence of a clean beach and the absence of strong waves, unlike the surrounding area. Quiet, calm, comfortable, BEWARE OF ACTIVE SUN RAYS IN THE FIRST DAYS, EVEN IN CLOUDY WEATHER PEOPLE MANAGE TO BURN SO THAT REST TURNS INTO A NIGHTMARE. The attendants are not trained in Russian or English and use it quite successfully. In a restaurant on the beach, they seem to want to serve, but they do not understand at all (in English) what and how to do. But this is all nonsense, everyone understands that they go to a distant country for exotic things. In a word, nothing foreshadowed trouble until the moment when we began to understand that money was regularly stolen from us from the safe. Two days before departure, having counted all the cash, I realized that there was not a decent enough amount. WE HAVE RECALCULATED ALL EXCHANGE, EXCURSION COSTS, RESIDUES, NO THIS AMOUNT. Every day, with a safe and the recommendations of the tour operator "keep money and valuables in a safe", there was no need to recount the cash. You open the safe, the money lies and lies to itself, but no, it floats away in certain portions. But then we paid attention to the explanation on the safe, written in small print, including in Russian, "the hotel administration is not responsible for the money and valuables left in the safe. " Our statement by the hotel administration about the theft of money from the safe was initially misunderstood and a statement about the impossibility of such a fact, we were not given the opportunity to meet with the general manager of the hotel. We meticulously explained everything and proved it to the front manager, who promised to conduct an internal investigation and pass information through the tour operator. The knowledge of English helped us a lot. TWO MISTAKES WE MADE: YOU SHOULD HAVE KEEP THE MONEY IN THE SUITCASE UNDER LOCK AND IF THAT HAPPENED, CALL THE POLICE, THEY USUALLY, IF IT COMES TO THIS, START TWitching And Seek To Pay Off The Conflict, Often Throwing Money OR THINGS. On our appeal to the tour operator (FOCUSTRAVEL company), we received an answer that even after our departure in this hotel, our tourists lost money from the safes. T. e. dragged regularly, calmly opening safes. And, of course, a separate story with an extract from the hotel. Upon check-in at the hotel, vouchers and passports are taken away from tourists under a plausible pretext, so that during the rest the tourist does not lose documents and leaves in a timely manner. Few people attach importance to this, but it is illegal and there is a safe for storing documents. But the Vietnamese (in this hotel, I don’t undertake to write about others) do this in order to breed Russians at the time of discharge. Since it's a 6.5 hour drive to Saigon airport, the tourists are picked up at night and that's when the show begins. It turns out that someone has lost a knife, a glass, an ashtray, etc. from the room and needs to be compensated, which is urgently demanded by a hotel employee in broken English. Here, again, a good knowledge of English will not hurt, they begin to get lost when you smartly explain to them. In general, we didn’t get a ride in this part, although accusations were not poured in for anything. But apparently, they remembered our showdown about money and decided that we had enough already. Our tourists left in anger and in tears, they were forced to pay. SUMMARY: I RECOMMEND DO NOT LEAVE PASSPORTS AT THE REGISTRATION DESK. In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, the whole impression of the rest is blurred. And it’s not about money: when you travel around the country, you see that everything is not easy for people, and they have experienced many wars, hardships and hardships in their history, you are imbued with respect for the people. But because of such moments that happened to us, I no longer want to return to Vietnam.

I will write my review point by point, because there were big pluses and big minuses, everything else is closely interconnected with the mentality of the country, people. So good: 1. The territory is amazing. Design, shade of mango trees, coconut trees, and lots of flowers and greenery - not every hotel can boast of this.

I will write my review point by point, because there were big pluses and big minuses, everything else is closely interconnected with the mentality of the country, people. So good:
1. The territory is amazing. Design, shade of mango trees, coconut trees, and lots of flowers and greenery - not every hotel can boast of this.
2. Service in the restaurant (if the menu is for money) - I liked it very much.
3. Rooms for three stars are sooo decent. In mine there was a refrigerator and a hair dryer, and a safe, and a TV, and a balcony, and a lot of space, the furniture was good, order, cleanliness, in general, excellent.
4. The hotel has excellent breakfasts (which are on a tour if you take BB).
5. Very good beach, there is security, you can walk to the "yellow" river. The only thing is that there are no umbrellas, but there is a shade of coconut trees, and this is even better and more interesting.
6. There is Internet access
7. An excellent swimming pool where you can always swim, even late at night.
Now for the big cons:
1. NOBODY speaks English, not even at the reception. It's almost impossible to explain anything. However, like everywhere else, no one knows English))
2. There is no concept of service, as it should be. They still don't know anything. If they come to clean up the room at the wrong time, then no one will postpone this event for five minutes, or for how long, they will still clean it.
3. Still, money and things disappear in the hotel. In our race, a very large amount of money was stolen from one tourist FROM THE SAFE! ! And someone else has a cell phone.
4. Not a polite attitude towards guests. The Vietnamese are very different from the Thais. Those are more developed, more serious, more "vital" and understanding. The Vietnamese are savages against their background, and closer to our foreign guests, for example, to the Tajiks))) Therefore, I often observed a picture of mockery of tourists, mimicry, and this all happened on the part of the service staff, both the restaurant staff and the one on territory and what serves the rooms.
5. There is no understanding of what service is, as such, what it is for, what a tourist is, why all this is needed at all. And such a remark can be attributed not only to the hotel itself, but also to Vietnam in general.
6. In the SPA salon on the territory of the hotel, massages are also offered, but the cost is too high. Moreover, ordering one type of massage, you run the risk of getting a slightly different one, and without your consent, it looks like an offer, a hint. Pretty gross I would say. Indeed, as mentioned above, girls will do the best massage right on the beach. It will be a quality normal Vietnamese massage.
7. Upon departure, check out from the hotel, a theater will begin to take place, a real performance. A girl will come who MUST HAVE all the data, who and how many people lived in the room. But of course, she will not have this information, it is necessary. And with you, she will begin to walk around and look out so funny and carefully for what you can finally take money for, that you are amazed. Knowing in fact that one person lived in the room, he will forcefully show in his own language that there must be two things, and you owe money. Those. if they managed to run after her, and she couldn’t hide anything herself or something, so that later she could say that it was gone, she would simply begin to point out that there was one here, but there should be two. And if a person cannot prove, neither verbally, nor in any way, then the calculation is on that. And if it can, then it will be pretended that they accidentally made a mistake, ah yay. If you saw the procedure for leaving the hotel, what happened at the reception at night, you probably would not want to stay at the hotel. There was a terrible scandal, representatives at the reception tried in every possible way to finally take at least some money from tourists, and if it didn’t work out, they simply retreated. The howl was terrible. Showed the unfortunate tourists everything that is possible and impossible.
8. And the most unpleasant - when you check in, they will take away your passport along with a voucher, and put it quietly on a shelf next to the reception desk. These documents are not stored in any safes anywhere. They are quite calmly lying around in piles behind the backs of administrators. And if one of them leaves, then you can calmly go there and take whatever you want, you want one passport, you want a pack. Only here is how legitimate it is to take away passports from tourists, because this is the most important document - a big question. And, in principle, a case. Why no one writes about this is beyond me. In any case, in no country, and in no hotel, has anyone ever demanded that I leave my passport at the reception for free access.
So, the second time I would not choose this hotel, of course, as well as Vietnam itself for a trip. BUT despite the disadvantages, no one robbed me, I had a great rest, took a bunch of wonderful photos on the beautiful territory of the hotel, had a great rest in my room, enjoyed the coolness of the air conditioner. Went for breakfast like everyone else, and ate with pleasure. I ate my favorite seafood and fruits, just suuuper! I sunbathed, swam, bought a lot of beautiful things, souvenirs and gifts, and returned home satisfied. Why not rest! What a rest, just a fairy tale! And it is true. Traveling is always beautiful, and all these pluses and minuses are all nonsense. The main thing is to be able to bring health and good mood from the trip! I wish you all wonderful trips ; -)
