While pursuing a policy of absolute loyalty to all guests, we faced an unprecedented situation. Arriving on vacation from another continent (being an immigrant from the Union with 20 years of experience), our guest has been allowing herself intolerant and chauvinistic statements about both Ukrainians and Turkmens, Kazakhs, Azerbaijanis and other nationalities for a week now. It would be one thing if dissatisfaction were expressed regarding the work of the staff or the quality of the services we provide. Obsessive harassment, provocative and aggressive behavior, self-praise, exaggeration of one's own nation causes dissatisfaction among the guests. All requests, persuasions, all kinds of attempts to smooth out the conflict were unsuccessful. Comment - don't be indifferent
