They start scandals, and hotel owners, fearing that they will get a bad reputation, it is better to pay for everything themselves, so long as the prestige of the hotel does not suffer. But, alas, Madame miscalculated. In our country, we believe in our own, not visiting hysterics. And it is simply necessary to scare her with the SBU so that she understands that since she came to visit, then behave accordingly, like a person, and not like a pig. And yet, the hotel owners can transfer her last name to other hotels, and if she wants to book a place again or immediately settle, then it simply will not be accepted anywhere. That's when our madam will jump, but it will be too late. And in a private apartment, she will have no one to bully. Immediately put her on the black list !!! Glory to Ukraine!

We did not threaten the SBU, we did not invite the district police officer - unfortunately, we did not find a clear guide on who to invite after whom ... acts, documents, witnesses - how all this should be properly drawn up so as not to make a fuss, and not get results. We admit that we did not know how to LEGALLY act in this situation. Therefore, they turned to social networks - perhaps someone had experience.

It was resolved as follows: they explained that she was on private property, and since she violates our prescribed laws (which she signed with her own hand) and the non-regular laws of elementary universal human cohabitation, we will ask her to leave the hotel. From her side: - You have no right! Will prove in court! But, apparently, it was "private property" that played its role (after all, everything is in order with the laws on property). She was indignant, went up to the room, rested, thought it over, apparently. And then several guests (objects of her irritation) also left ... The insults ended, everyone lived peacefully for the remaining 5 days and the guest left. BUT, those whom she offended left in a terrible mood - their vacation was ruined and we could not compensate for this in any way, which we are very sorry about. After all, we are a resort hotel and a comfortable, relaxing holiday for guests is above all for us.
