Administrator Klanitsa Olena for Conference halls is not sociable, unable to find compromises with people, arrogant, speaks in a raised voice, the service is simply terrible, the first and last time we rented a room in this hotel !

We spent two nights at the NADIYA hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk. Very good hotel. The staff is attentive, the rooms are very clean, the bed linen is clean, snow-white. The same impression from visiting the restaurant in this hotel where we had breakfast.
