The hall is not prepared for work, rent was taken for an extra two hours!! ! A shame!! !

I will write briefly. The staff is very friendly and competent. The room is very clean! The breakfast is quite varied (many dishes from the products of our own farm - meat, dairy products)). "+" - cleanliness of the room, bathroom, city center. "-" - it was a little cool in the room (stayed in winter). I recommend it to everyone, as I liked the hotel and it is convenient to get to it from the railway, bus station.

The room has a kettle and a tea set (tea, coffee, sugar), replenished every day, a mini-bar and mini-cosmetics. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is good and hearty, a large selection of dishes on the buffet.

Breakfast is good and hearty, a large selection of dishes on the buffet. The hotel has a shop-cafe "Delicacy", which sells products of its own production (meat, fish dishes, sausages, sausages, deli meats, salads, pickles, pancakes, pastries and cakes). This year, we were disappointed with the quality of sausages on the buffet and in the store (always, when leaving, we bought meat products home). Parking has become very expensive (75 UAH per day), with such a price of rooms (the cost has risen well in recent years), parking should be free. In general, the hotel is good, but there is still work to be done.

We spent two nights at the NADIYA hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk. Very good hotel. The staff is attentive, the rooms are very clean, the bed linen is clean, snow-white. The same impression from visiting the restaurant in this hotel where we had breakfast. Very tasty, quiet, the staff is exceptionally attentive and polite.

1) I was recommended the hotel by my friends. 2) I chose the "standard" room with breakfast. 3) everything was great, I managed to relax after a hard day, the girls at the reception are always happy to help! Everywhere is clean. The breakfast is wonderful! 4) my excellent opinion about the hotel was blurred, the accusation that I put a mosquito fumigator in my bag.

3) everything was great, I managed to relax after a hard day, the girls at the reception are always happy to help! Everywhere is clean. The breakfast is wonderful!
4) my excellent opinion about the hotel was blurred, the accusation that I put a mosquito fumigator in my bag....it's not about the 60 hryvnia that I left at the reception for the fumigator allegedly taken by me....but the fact itself , that I was unreasonably accused of misappropriating a hotel fumigator..... I returned to the room to sort out the incident....but another moment, I did not see "this fumigator" in my room at all... 2 the maids kept telling me that they allegedly left this device on the table. I asked the administration and the maids to provide me with a list of things that should be in the "standard" room, to which everyone shrugged their shoulders in response, supposedly they do not have such a list....I suggested that they review their warehouse, recalculate, etc. . , because I understand everything, maybe they forgot to put it in when cleaning, the human factor, a lot of rooms, etc....to which I heard a refusal and in general they cannot be wrong....unfortunately, I was late for a meeting and could no longer linger. . . the second night I already spent the night in another hotel. . .

Hotel Nadia in the heart of the city, convenient to get anywhere. When checking in, it was necessary to wait ~ 1.5 minutes until the administrator printed out the guest card. The restaurant administrator was happy to help the children pick up a dessert. Junior suite studio family spacious and bright, modern TV - watched movies from a flash drive. The bathroom has a comfortable shower, so the fact that there is no bath itself seems to me even a convenience, unlike old hotels. It is a pity that there was no time to see the city, I think that we will come again just to relax.
