I'll start with the check-in... at 14:00 I received a room supposedly with a bonus (with a balcony), although the hotel does not have rooms without a balcony. . . the bonus was mold, dirt, the door on the balcony didn’t work, the soap dispenser didn’t work, the urn in the toilet was in shit and didn’t open (like picking it up with your hands), it’s just awful in the shower, there’s mold on the mirror, black mold fell on the sink, they don’t clean it , they don’t bring water, get toilet paper yourself....After the scandal, they moved on the 2nd day....the room is better, but they also don’t clean anything, then there are no towels, then they don’t replenish water.
