First impression of Berry Hotels Sorgun.
Pros:
Close to the airport, we were dropped off first. 1 hour non-stop. We took it back first, with stops of 2 hours.
Stylish atmosphere, many interesting Instagram locations.
We arrived at the hotel at 11, received cards for towels. We got the room around 12:30.
The reception welcomes you with champagne and fruit. He speaks excellent English and Russian.
Room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool, it gets very hot from the roof, but the air conditioning works.
A big plus is the new mattress and pillows. We slept well.
The balcony is really big enough for two people to sit down.
The rooms have bathrobes, replenished mini-bar, safe, hygiene products. The room itself has been renovated, new curtains, floor. But the bathroom needs repair, the toilet lid is broken, the shower is old and dirty.
I was surprised that the bars don't have menus. The bartender explained that the concept of the hotel is to prepare any cocktail.

But not all bartenders know the cocktail recipe. Prepared without proportions, by eye. In the lobby bar, the girls make delicious cocktails. Tasty coffee.
By the pool, a guy and a girl are trying to serve people. But they are not in time . . many orders were not received because of this.

Umbrellas on the beach are very cool, but little protection from the sun.

Room cleaning is a separate issue. The balcony was never cleaned during the entire stay. The shower is also poorly cleaned. Bathroom amenities were not replenished.
