I was surprised that the bars don't have menus. The bartender explained that the concept of the hotel is to prepare any cocktail.
But not all bartenders know the cocktail recipe. Prepared without proportions, by eye. In the lobby bar, the girls make delicious cocktails. Tasty coffee.
By the pool, a guy and a girl are trying to serve people. But they are not in time . . many orders were not received because of this.

Also minus sun loungers are too few, not enough for everyone. People borrow in the morning and come only after dinner.
The hotel needs to be improved. Especially with regard to the number of staff and cleaning on the territory of the hotel.
Room cleaning is a separate issue. The balcony was never cleaned during the entire stay. The shower is also poorly cleaned. Bathroom amenities were not replenished.

I stood for 40 minutes under the sun for a hot dish and, to be honest, there is no longer any desire to approach salads or cakes and stand in line again. There was a situation when they ate only cakes. It was necessary to go on an excursion, and there were fewer people for sweets, there was simply no time to stand in line for a plate of hot. This pretty much spoiled the mood, because staying hungry in a 5 * hotel on All inclusive, you still have to try ...They explain this system as a pandemic, but it certainly does not justify itself, because queues and crowds do not contribute to any quarantine measures. . . If you are with small children, this is generally tough, because it is difficult for a child to explain why it takes so long to wait and it is not yet known what will remain.
Children's menu (table) as such, we have not seen at all. Between the main meals there are also snacks by the pool and on the beach (from 12 to 15.30), but also "not a fountain"). Water, drinks, cocktails with local alcohol, beer - in unlimited quantities. Ice cream once a day from 16 to 17.00, but again for those who staunchly "stand" the line under the sun ...Rooms more or less, although of course, in the bathroom, tiles and a washbasin could be cleaner. If you get a room overlooking the pool, then until 23.30 either do not open the windows or "enjoy" the sounds of the disco)
At the reception they speak Russian and it is not difficult to find out anything. And about the beach: there are enough sun loungers, the sea is clean, but if you are with children, be careful, because the depth begins almost immediately, you may have to look for a more gentle entry. We have sufficient experience of rest in Turkey and have something to compare. I can confidently say that the hotel does not correspond to the declared 5 *, with a big stretch of -4 *.
But in general, if you don’t quibble, and concentrate on recreation and the sea, given the situation with the pandemic, it will do. Would you come to the same place again? More likely no than yes.
Bars on the beach, hotel and pool are open. You can also dine on the beach, the assortment is of course less than in the hotel restaurant, but you didn’t go hungry. A lot of children. Animation during the day: aerobics and games on the beach, children's disco in the evening and events in the amphitheater - every day. Late in the evening they organize an exit disco for those who wish, but this is a fee of $ 10. Children's disco is a separate spectacle. The girl so disposed the children to herself that they would see her during the day and run from their parents to her with the words “when the disco”. We were lucky, we got to the evening show TURKISH NIGHT twice. The hotel staff is very friendly and it can be seen with the naked eye, they constantly replace each other, everyone is very helpful.
But not all vacationers are as lucky as we are. We witnessed an unpleasant scandal, Russian tourists who also came from Tui, two women aged 50+ with vouchers for an economy room settled in the back room of the amphitheater in a wrecked room. We were outraged by the behavior of Tui hotel guides. They did not take any measures, moreover, they openly giggled at the vacationers, who really lost their nerve from the ongoing mockery against them. Tui at this time was very excited about the assortment of the bar. During the scandal, they did not put in a word. The women were already starting to scream, and the guides were off to the side enjoying drinks and biscuits. For 11 days they did not take any action.
Tui hotel guides don't know their guests. They are not interested in how they rest, what requests, complaints, wishes. They care about three meals a day and bars. How much I watched their work, so much I was convinced of this. We ran exactly at nine and for breakfast to a restaurant, then to a bar, lunch to a restaurant, to a bar and a run for dinner and the whole working day is over, and the most interesting thing is that people get the transfer time to the airport or on an excursion only after they leave the hotel, the question arises - why do they sit there all day with their blue pants?
We took a tour. They also didn't ask how our trip went. A tour operator called us from Moscow and asked how our vacation was going, if everything was in order and they warned us about all the changes in our tour, and the hotel guides didn’t have time for them. Even when we asked about the fact that we received a message about the postponement of the flight, there was no reaction, neither the names were asked of us, nor the number of residence. The hotel staff at the reception were more interested in our affairs than the Tui hotel guides, in general, the host of Tui in the person of Bakhtiyar Reis and Leyla Yusuf is one big minus.
The transfer guide Sayfulla met us, very friendly, spoke different languages, including Russian, he spoke without an accent! On the way to the hotel, I managed to tell briefly, but clearly, about the history of Turkey, about the cities, give all the necessary basic information about where and to whom to contact in various situations. He handed us over to the reception, and then the hotel guide Shamil took care of us, who told about the sights, sent tourists on excursions, and helped with solving all problems. It’s very easy to read and write about them, but when you watch the guides, you probably think it’s psychologically very difficult for them, because wherever they go, tourists will catch them and start asking any questions... so, every day, 24 hours a day! But, on the face of our guides there was only a friendly smile and a sincere desire to help us!
At the reception we were met by a very friendly, Russian-speaking girl Amangul. Responsive Rima, Arif (I apologize if I wrote the names incorrectly) and a charming, always smiling young Turkish woman worked there and solved any issues! What's her name, I forgot to ask. . .
I liked everything - the food is good (desserts are delicious), there are enough fruits.
Cleaning was carried out daily, qualitatively. Bedding, towels were always changed, the Internet worked perfectly!
The animators are just great! Very active, positive, work conscientiously, not intrusively. We watched children's animation. What did not occupy the children! It was evident that the children liked everything, they did not lag behind the animators, they fell in love with them very much. The names of the animators were remembered not only by children, but also by adults! This is Sasha, Vasilina, Diana, Daniel.
Everyone liked the fire show that Daniel showed (he let out and swallowed fire from his mouth! )!
They were delighted with the very talented Varol, who turned out to be not only a super-leader of all events (led in different languages), but also a wonderful fakir! He walked on broken glass, lay on sharp nails and more... what he didn’t do!
A varied program of animators, jokes, shows, cozy evenings with board games and pleasant communication! These wonderful guys made the vacations of adults and vacations of children really unforgettable!
The only small minus is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach under a canopy for everyone, so we had to borrow immediately after breakfast. The sunbeds are tight, there is no personal space.
Everyone except the animators and a couple of people at the reception do not understand Russian, the bartenders are not trained in the bar, they always make cocktails differently (even if you order from the same one) disgusting....if you ask without ice, they yell that it’s impossible, muzzles are turned up, especially the bartender on the bass, in general, they hate all of us Russians....1 glass in 1 hand with a tip as much as they want....Once we were sitting in the lobby with a company, everyone had glasses of booze, I went to the bar he ordered himself, he shows me to our table and says that they still have it, I tell him that it’s not mine and I don’t have it, he refused to pour it and sent it to the reception, after I asked to call the boss... they poured everything at once....a little face this glass is not thrown
