Family vacation in August 2021. On the day of arrival (in the evening) we were given 2 rooms in the main building on the ground floor. It was impossible to sleep because of the smell in the room (as if the cat had gone to the toilet). It turned out that the dampness in the rooms is terrible, as either sewage or water flows. The walls in the rooms were wet. They asked me to immediately change the rooms, they said that they simply do not have them, the next day it will be possible to come up and they will give. The next day there were no rooms, they changed on the third day, as a result, the air conditioner simply did not work in this room, and the windows faced south. On the fifth day, thanks to the director of the hotel, they changed our room (he personally came and saw what didn’t suit us), the reception did not respond to our requests at all (even for money). As a result, the room is good with air conditioning.
Phones in the hotel do not work, on the ground floor and on the first floor there were none at all, and on the second floor there was, but did not work. Safes and refrigerators in the hotel in any room where we were did not work. In terms of nutrition, since this is a budget hotel, I liked everything, except of course the dishes (half of the plates need to be thrown away there, beaten). There were no complaints about food, they try, everything is very tasty. With fruits melon, watermelon, apples, grapes, plum, orange. Lots of types of cheese. Baklava is very tasty. Portions are always large (always asked to impose less). There are a lot of flies in the dining room (restaurant). The beach and the sea are just perfect. Beach towels are just rags that should be thrown away a long time ago, all greasy. All colors and different years of release, and the smell in these towels, old oil (probably they are from the spa), they stopped using them there, since the holes are already visible, so they were given to the beach. When I read the reviews of people who rested in front of us, I was directly indignant, because I think, well, how can you pay attention to such trifles. And when we got to this hotel, I realized that it was just awful. They always say that Turkey is much higher and better service than Egypt, if you compare price and quality. It is not true. I'm not talking about hotels in which the service is better, in them the price is correspondingly higher. If at first I was lucky with the number, then I think the rest would have been a success. I always thought that service, rooms are not the main thing, and the main thing is the sea, beach, infrastructure.
