We rested at the hotel from 11 to 18 August. Immediately about the cons.
Mold in the rooms, terrible smell.
The administration does not care what number you ordered. They settle where they want and it is impossible to achieve a replacement number.
There is no free table in the dining room.
Sun beds on the beach and by the pool need to be borrowed from 6 in the morning, by 8 they will definitely not be there.
And most importantly: for 5 days there was never a cleaning in the room, no change of towels and bed linen. On the 6th day, after several calls and a written complaint, cleaners were sent and we showed them what to do. That's horrible. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in the world.
