We rested in Turkey not for the first time, there is something to compare with, but we will not go to this hotel again, the check-in was fast BUT: they asked for a room with a side sea view, they gave 20 euros, the result: they took the money, they gave the room with a view of the road, you can see gave little! There is a coffee shop in the Lobby, but they are very reluctant to make coffee in a cafe machine, of course it is easier to serve from a machine, the service girls are not friendly, coffee is served in dirty dishes! There is a large plasma in the bar, but the World Cup was not turned on, they sent everyone to floor -2, to the basement, to the conference room next to the sauna and swimming pool, they sat like in a cinema of the 90s, breathed bleach and no service, no drinks, no beer, no coffee, we didn’t watch football anymore, it’s definitely not 5 stars, we concluded that they don’t want to work !! ! No animation! Anya from the SPA salon and from the jewelry department is not allowed to pass - THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! The prices are exorbitant, so the hammam and massages were done in a nearby hotel. The beach is very small, the sunbeds are too close, it is impossible to walk between them and in a strange way towels disappear very often, but where we take mattresses for sunbeds, there are a lot of these towels that you can buy for 1 euro, it’s strange. . . The entrance to the sea is not very good and all the garbage from all over the area brings to us, so we went to swim in other hotels and lastly: we left at 7:00, and there was nowhere to have breakfast, we had to sign up in advance to make a lunch package - this is not normal for a 5 star hotel! I do not advise anyone, for this money you can find a much better hotel!
