We arrived at the hotel at 8:00. Immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. Checked into the room at 11:00. The room is clean and comfortable. We prepared a surprise in the form of wine and fruit. The room was cleaned every day. Replenished mini bar, cosmetics, coffee sticks and tea every day. The staff is very polite. Not everyone understood Russian, but it is always possible to communicate with gestures. The food is excellent. Meat, fish, vegetables are all grilled. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails for every taste. The beach is clean, cleaned constantly throughout the day. We went during the quarantine period, the hotel has antiseptic everywhere and masks are freely available. I don't share the negative reviews. We liked everything.
