FOOD is a separate issue. We know that the check-in rate is at 14-00, so it's normal. I was immediately surprised by the style of the hotel - it resembles a gypsy baron's villa, it's too much for our taste, there are TVs everywhere, even, excuse me, above the urinals. The room was not bad, the view is beautiful, these are all pluses about the room. Further cons - the hood in the toilet works only from 16-00 to 18-00, the air conditioner is central and not regulated, the cleaning is very weak, they forget to take out all the garbage, in 9 days the bed was changed 1 time, there is no kettle, tea, coffee, no bathrobes, a set of threads with needles, a mini-bar only upon arrival, then it is replenished only with water and then they forgot to replenish it a couple of times, from cosmetics only shampoo and cream and also only upon arrival, then not, and for sweets twice after cleaning the maid left the room wide open ! Complained, but what's the point... And this hotel positions itself as Deluxe UALL! There is no imported alcohol at all!
There is animation, but it is in Turkish. Beach - because of the pier, the water stagnates, with a wave, all the debris and foam accumulate on the beach. The staff hardly speaks Russian. Now nutrition - eating is a battle for food! We have breakfast early, in the restaurant at 7-15, the staff is still sleeping! 2-3 staff members rush around the hall. At lunch and dinner, a disaster - queues everywhere, cooks who serve food do not understand you. In addition, in the hotel, 90% of vacationers are Turks, they behave in a completely boorish way, if there are Turks in line for food besides you, then you will be served last! And it is done so unceremoniously!

The choice of dishes is extremely small, for an ultra inclusive it is simply poor. All dishes can be counted on the fingers. From chicken and turkey meat, 2 times a small inclusion of beef (stew with a minimum of meat in a huge amount of vegetables) and 2 times mini cutlets. No seafood. No theme nights. True, on the holiday of bayram they gave mutton 1 time. For breakfast, 3 types of cheese and 2 types of bad sausage, tasteless pancakes, different omelettes. There are no eggs. Jam only in plastic boxes of 5 grams, 3 types. Fruit minimum and only in the main restaurant. Snack only on the beach from 12 to 16 hours is pizza, hamburger and french fries. In the lobby from 10-30 to 18 hours cakes, but no Turkish sweets. Gozleme only at lunch in the main restaurant is already cut into pieces. We didn't like the a la carte restaurant. The same dishes from the main restaurant, only portioned and decorated. The hotel only has electronic clocks by the pool, and during the day you can’t see anything on them.
In general, in every sense it is very noticeable that the hotel saves on everything! Our opinion - we will never come back here!
