Yes, I agree, a strange question, and even in the off-season, but a friend says that he saw a snake there last year, I don’t believe it.

All my childhood and youth I rested in Jurmala in the summer. In the bushes, forest areas, in the clearings there were always copperheads, thin brown-copper snakes, 15-30 cm long, poisonous, not aggressive. They were not in open and culturally equipped areas; these snakes are shy. Farther...

There are no sharks. There are snakes, but they hide from people. In the city you will definitely not meet free-ranging snakes. And there are jellyfish. Whether there are in May, I do not know. They have some kind of cyclic appearance. When bitten by a jellyfish, you need to take an antihistamine (against allergies) and moisten the bite site with acid (lime juice, for example) The Vietnamese bathe in clothes, jellyfish do not sting through clothes. We rested in Sarigerme in July last year. We didn’t see anything like that (thank God), although we climbed everywhere and swam near the rocks. I have a panic fear of such things. Mosquitoes, of course, were atrocious, but the fumigator, complete with spray gun, did their job successfully. Have a good rest! Farther...
Tell me, has anyone seen snakes in the Kemer area? Or at least knows if they are there. Turtle Island is probably not called Snake Island for nothing ...

You are not afraid of snakes, you do not touch them, they do not touch! People, on the contrary. Don't touch them, they will catch! Farther...
We are going to India for the first time. We were in countries where, due to the climate, there are creeping ones, but I suspect that in India there are more living creatures and especially snakes than in other countries. Tell me, who has been to India, have you seen snakes just on the territory of the hotel , the beach or just on the street. You may have heard about cases of snake attacks on tourists. It is very important for me to know this.

Well, or a spider, sklopendra or other unpleasant and biting creatures? And what to do if a snake bites? I read all sorts of horror stories, I saw enough photos of tourists in which a cobra is right on the porch of a bungalow or a cat-sized gecko is hanging right on the door. And the spider with the saucer actually killed :-( Is this really true? If I fly there, will I see all this and can they still bite me? I am terrified, I really want comforting answers that they say this is a case of one in a million :-)

I will say this: not a single self-respecting snake will ever crawl where tourists, hotel staff and cars are not calm and roam. That is, on the territory of Movenpick, the probability of meeting a snake is absolutely close to zero. If you meet - then a rag in the hands of some mischievous child. Scolopendra and a spider are also unlikely - the hotel has already taken care of this (especially, such as Movenpick). There are special services for treating the territory from insects - so that neither ... Farther...

And we walked along the coastline for several kilometers from the hotel and no one pestered us. But the Dominicans themselves say that it is better to stay away from the Haitians. Well, they're like our gypsies. We haven't noticed anything though. They didn’t see anything dangerous at all, unless of course you are afraid of fish in the ocean. We constantly fed them and they gathered visibly-invisibly near us. Great. Farther...
