The cleanest sea, a magnificent beach, there are always enough sunbeds. But for me personally there is a minus because of which I would not return to this hotel again. Lunch outside. For those who do not tolerate heat well, this is not an option. Lunch is offered by two restaurants. Is it really impossible to make one restaurant with air conditioning. People fainted. For those who tolerate heat well, this is the best option. Have a nice rest!

The first - in Thailand, it has developed to return to the neighbors with whom they share a fence.... after all - not that, and flying far away when there are few days of vacation. Here - a little over two hours - and already in Dalaman, half an hour by bus, and already at the hotel. We got there by accident - our manager sent people to the hotel who were going there for the sixth time and advised us. . . By the end of the second day, I wrote Lisa a stream of thanks : ), really, there is nothing to complain about in the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and placed in rooms next to each other. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, not a single "non-German" guest can say that he was served worse than a German : ) (we encountered more than once, always unpleasant), For families with children - everything is done. Food, entertainment, playground-town, pools, tables in the restaurant. Even crazy parents with tiny babies felt great. The territory is perfectly well-groomed, there are a lot of cozy places in the shade, where you can even somehow retire. People are offered pastime - there is a so-called. tablet menu - installed in the lobby of the Apple reception, you scroll through yourself, look for what you like : ), on TV - the first channel continuously shows a list of entertainment and activities for the coming day - if you are too lazy to go to the reception. The return flight was shifted to us by 3 hours (later), in the morning of the day of departure we were able to extend the number so as not to be without a "roof" over our heads. We had time to rest before the night flight. Tonight we returned to Kyiv, home, I decided to write a small review - maybe someone else will go this season and get a great vacation for a very reasonable payment.... We are very grateful for the organization of our holiday to EVERYONE working in this hotel, the professionalism is amazing. And separately - "agromad" thanks to Sevinzh - the masseuse of the hotel's spa. We didn’t waste time in vain, when checking in, each guest is given a coupon for a 15-minute free massage, as it turned out - a test one, but we cheerfully passed the test and recovered well under the skillful hands of this wonderful young lady. . Now I’m quietly glad that my mother, before leaving, put pressure on my tired brain about “it’s good to find time for a massage” and I listened to her. : ) For those who are eager to walk and spend money on something else (in most cases - on something that is not very necessary), there is a small village 10-15 minutes walk away, there is only one street like in cowboy films, there are shops on the sides. Basically - "boutiques" with "brands", but there are also a couple of sane in terms of the quality of what is offered, there is a pharmacy. Here is a short story about the rest we spent at TUI Blue in Sarigerme, in a hotel that we got into by accident and did not regret it for a second.

But until this year, either in a family way: either with a child, three of us, or with her husband alone. This year for the first time we went with four friends - that is, two married couples without children. Before leaving, for the 4th day, friends called and said that they had read the reviews and they spoke about the snakes and other living creatures met by the hotel guests. I assure you 100% for a week of stay, we never saw anyone except turtles (in the fountain near the reception and in the canal near the beach) and one half-dead cicada near the entrance gate to the hotel, we didn’t see anyone. The food at the hotel, despite the change of the general manager, did not get worse, though (for the sake of clearing my conscience I have to admit) it did not get better (in fact, it’s better for this price and nowhere) - in July they were as follows: 1. BREAKFASTS: 1.1. Fruits (watermelon, plums, oranges, grapefruits, apricots and sliced apples). 1.2. Cheeses (6 types, but two of them are soft - I don’t like them, 1 is too salty (for me), the other three are classic, I really liked them). 1.3. Main dishes (two types of sausages - spicy and dietary, white fish - hot smoked - every other day it alternated with boiled cold beef, scrambled eggs and fried eggs, oatmeal in milk, 5 types of yogurt (natural, with honey, cherry, raspberry and strawberry), pancakes (in my opinion, tasteless), cold cuts (I have never tried three types of sausage-like products, they seemed very bright to me), vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and many types of greens). I will note only tomato juice, however, orange juice was also offered at the entrance to the restaurant - but for money; pastries are represented by 7 types of rolls of various configurations and fillings - I didn’t eat it, but my friends said that it was edible and even cute, and, of course, tea (both brewed and packaged - 4 types, it seems) - everything was coffee.
2. LUNCHES. 2.1. They take place at the bar on the beach and by the pool, we went to the pool, from the pluses that are noticeable to us as the luminaries of this hotel, I note the installation of several huge fans in these bars, the heat is somewhat more comfortable. fried), rice-spaghetti-potato wedges, beef or lamb stew and pizza, also one kind of soup-puré e; from fruits: watermelon, melon, apples (as opposed to a whole breakfast), plums and three types of sweet cake. Worthy. 3. DINNERS. There was where to roam, I won’t describe what exactly they are good, there are few meat dishes in any hotels: boiled tongue, grilled beef, rack of lamb on the bone, grilled trout and tuna and much, much more (parents rest in Alibey-Alanya, but they also admit that in terms of the quantity and quality of the dishes presented at dinner, Iberotel Alibey will not yield). 4. ALCOHOL. Now about alcohol - I personally drink red dry wine - it (as well as white and pink dry) is locally produced here in glass bottles - not Sassica, but decent and I liked it, my husband and friends drank beer - standard - Ephesus, they said that occasionally for lack of a better drink, you can really drink high quality: Scotch whiskey, Italian vermouth bianco, as well as dry white sparkling Italian wine; everything else is locally produced, but I can’t call anything other than wine drinkable - I haven’t tried it). 5. ICE CREAM. From 10 to 18 o'clock in any quantity on the beaches in briquettes of three types - ice cream, chocolate and fruit ice (all Algida), in the Teretsk cafe impose 6 more types (except for strawberry, lemon and caramel did not try - but these three types are delicious). You can also sign up for a / la carte, we were on Sunday - fish - very good, registration is held at 14-00 at the reception, I recommend it, there is also its own live music (why its own, because there is a live performance every day near the Turkish cafe) , also in a Turkish cafe I recommend trying Turkish coffee (free of charge), very tasty. In general, I wish only a good flight and transfer to everyone who travels to the Iberotel, otherwise you have nothing to worry about, everything will be perfect!

This is the first hotel (not counting Hillside in Fethiye) where we decided to return. Before that, there were different impressions, I liked many hotels, but I didn’t want to return on purpose. We visited Iberotel for the first time in 2009, with another child, and in 2012 we decided to go there with two, 3 and 11 years old. What has not changed and still pleased - the territory and rooms. The rooms, as already written, have become even better - a nice fresh renovation has been made. Otherwise, unfortunately, Iberotel is deteriorating before our eyes. The leadership has changed - instead of the Germans now the Turks. And I don’t know if this is connected or not, but in everything related to service and work with tourists - and the whole atmosphere of the Iberotel - a noticeable deterioration began. In a nutshell, it's like cheap Egyptian hotels: no one says no, but no one does anything either. Do you need a doctor? The doctor will be at three o'clock. You come to three, deliberately not putting the sick and exhausted child to bed and find out - not immediately, of course - that there is no doctor and there will not be, but there is a certain nurse or nanny who does not speak English, but boldly distributes antibiotics and other potent medicines. Where is the doctor? And here is the doctor. Oh, you already know that this is not a doctor? Um. The doctor will. Or it won't. You can wait. Why don't you go to the hospital yourself? Meanwhile, a doctor in another city, at some practice, was not going to be here at all. Do you want to speak with the manager? Okay, come by five. You finally put the sick child to bed and rush across the territory to meet with the manager. You would not have gone to this meeting, but you found out that the hotel - according to the girls from the mini-club since April (! ) - has had a severe infection. A very high temperature, which many cannot bring down for several days and are in the hospital under droppers, a sharp sore throat, a rash. According to mothers who stay at the hotel for a month or more, the number of cases is very high, everyone has the same symptoms, I quote "ambulances come here all the time, who rest for 10-14 days, they get sick and go home for treatment, they don't care what, and we see how many people come and get sick. " And now, when you are faced with the same thing, and your children are also sick, you want to ask if the hotel management knows what kind of virus this is, is it taking any measures and is it going to somehow inform vacationers. Therefore, at five you are at the reception. Ah, it's you. Um, yes, you have an appointment. Wait please. Oh, are you still waiting? The manager will be in about half an hour. Wait? And this attitude is everywhere. The director, whom you manage to catch in the restaurant, arrogantly reports that the Russians brought the infection, because the Turks do not get sick with it, only Russians and Germans are among the sick. And when asked if he knows the number of cases, he answers very contradictory: I know, only one person. A manager with a guest relation, having seen your conversation with the boss, urgently appears out of nowhere, crumbles in pleasantries, offers to talk right now and solve everything. Oh, it's already quite late, you have to put sick children to bed, and at 5 in the morning you leave. . . Then give me your e-mail as soon as possible, we will decide everything by mail. What exactly will we decide? How to inform guests about the virus, what measures to take, how to be obligatory and responsible? You wave your hand and still give her an address, to which she vows to write the very next day, because you are so dear to her as clients and she will do everything for you to return. More than two weeks have passed since then. What do you think she wrote? The most egregious case occurs in water sports, where its so-called director - not Eugil, he is still pleasant in communication - allows himself to rudely shout (! ) At a tourist who apparently somehow interfered with his board with a sail to kite surf. I repeat, not to conduct a lesson, namely to have fun by yourself, rolling out on a kite during working hours in the same area where tourists go in for windsurfing - for their own money and in the indicated place. True, later, in front of witnesses, somewhat lowering his tone, he claimed that he did not shout or be rude at all, in which, for some reason, widely baptized, he swore by the health of the children. . . In short, some kind of panopticon. So, if you try to summarize all the rather sad impressions, then: the territory and rooms are good, the food is average, the staff and service are disappointing, the animation - both for children and adults - is awkward (but we could easily forgive this shortcoming). An infection that many children get sick at the hotel and especially those under 5 years old are hard to endure is herpetic sore throat. In adults and older children, it can be limited to a sore throat and high fever, in babies later, abundant herpetic eruptions appear - most often in the groin, on the buttocks and legs. At first glance, it is easy to confuse with the symptoms of chickenpox. Personally, in our family, three of them have been ill with it - and it is very unpleasant. Also, according to other parents, the children were diagnosed with a staphylococcal infection. Basically, everyone learned the diagnoses already from their Russian doctors. The locals are trying to hide the extent of the infection and either until the last they try to assure that it is such an allergy, or they are given an antibiotic, or they are sent to the hospital in an ambulance, where, without reporting the diagnosis, they inject antibiotics. I leave a review about the hotel for the first time, because if I had known in advance at least part of the above, I would never have gone.

The hotel was chosen long and meticulously. But still, we were very worried that the hotel might not be the way it was painted. Friends, as soon as they found out that we were going to 4 stars, and not 5, as usual, they immediately said disappointedly “well, somehow it doesn’t look like you, it’s 4 stars... ”, which instilled doubts in our souls... I’ll tell you right away there are no traces of doubt left on the first day of stay at the hotel. This four is head and shoulders above some fives.
We lived in the main building block A. It turns out to be the farthest from the beach (5-10 minutes at a very slow pace with a 3-year-old child with stops to see the local wildlife - frogs, turtles, birds). But it was convenient to go to the restaurant and the reception. By the way, the proximity of the reception is also a big plus - in our room the Internet was perfectly caught. Of the tiny drawbacks - if you sleep with an open balcony, you can hear the buses arriving at night and in the morning (but I’ll make a reservation right away, they rarely come, so it’s not very annoying). The room was cleaned well, no complaints. The air conditioner freezes just fine too. By the way, I once read in one review that it was “blowing” for additional. place and had to peck with a bag - why such difficulties? The flaps of the air conditioner can simply be “turned” in the right direction (in this case, from the additional place where the child slept - which we did successfully) - this procedure was performed by the husband, standing on a chair.
Everywhere in the reviews I read that there are no bath accessories at all. I was pleasantly surprised by a small present in the form of a washcloth and soap in a box. By the way, liquid soap was also available at the sink... Indignation about the lack of these accessories always made me laugh. If you don’t ask anyone: “do you use hotel shampoo / soap”, you usually see a surprised face and “of course not, I’m bringing my own” (like my hair can only tolerate a certain brand of shampoo). But nevertheless, everyone is stubbornly indignant when there is no shampoo / soap in the hotel...
The main selection criterion was the presence of a beautiful beach and a smooth entry into the sea for a child - there were already many reviews on this topic. I simply have not seen a more beautiful beach in Turkey (sandy). And most importantly, you are not afraid for the child, because. finely. The sea is very clean and transparent - which is so rare in places where the beach is sandy. The only thing that spoiled it a little was the waves in the afternoon (it is clear that it was nature). But this is how to look at this fact of course. On the contrary, my husband was super, as he is a lover of a sailing catamaran, so the wind and waves in the afternoon are just right for him. By the way, sailing is very well developed there.
Pleasantly surprised by the lack of cigarette butts on the beach. It probably still affects the fact that there are significantly more Germans than Russians (when they rested, there were about 60 percent of Germans, about 30 percent of Russians, and all the rest - the remaining 10). Or maybe because the audience (Russians, I mean) was quite cultured (after all, the hotel is not cheap for 4 stars and correctly read the phrase somewhere “those who do not have money for such a cost will not go here, and those those who have it will choose 5k with an ultra all for the same money”).
But in general, the staff on the beach works perfectly - they constantly collect dirty dishes, clean the sand in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there were bins for children's diapers (we didn’t need it anymore, but we remembered how in past years we puzzled over where to throw it away). The toilet on the beach even has a children's toilet 
As for the beds. In principle, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The first week the hotel was full to capacity. We came to the beach at 10:00 or 10:00 am. 95% of sunbeds are occupied. BUT! We have never been left without a fungus and sunbeds. It doesn’t matter to us where we will lie - the first line or the last - therefore, the sunbeds have never been occupied for the entire vacation (in general, we consider this very ugly). Although some people occupied them at 6-7 in the morning (well, if it is of fundamental importance for them where to lie, and if they can’t sleep in the morning, then they can be occupied) - I don’t see any sense in this at all. No one complained that there were not enough sunbeds on the beach (and there were such cases with us personally, but in OTHER hotels). Later, the number of people decreased, there were more than enough sunbeds for everyone, but some enthusiasts continued to go to take sunbeds at 7 in the morning (making surprised eyes when they heard that we had never occupied them).
Enough about the food already. Everything is delicious. For example, in some hotels (5 hotels) there are no octopuses, squids, shrimp, mussels, red fish in general - and here these seafood were found quite often (not every day, but they were).
As for feeding a child, say, a year or two, you can. Of course, not 10 dishes will be a choice for crumbs - but it is possible to find something (for breakfast, there are always pancakes, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, muesli, cheese, bun, for lunch: rice or mashed potatoes or stewed vegetables or pasta, stew or chicken or turkey, soup, fruits, fresh vegetables, for dinner - it's even easier to find something because there is a large selection). Yes, of course, for lunch, the choice is still limited for the baby, but I think you won’t remain hungry. There is NO Nestlé food declared.
Our daughter has never eaten normally at all (but I just look at it) - not because it’s not tasty or there’s nothing to feed, but it’s clear because there are a lot of impressions and she all had to run somewhere - so they ate snacks - then a bun , then a tomato, then an apple with a milkshake, then ice cream, when she asks. I normally treat this on vacation and live by the principle “the child will not remain hungry” (especially when he already knows how to speak).
Our friend (and we went with friends - they have a baby 1.8) fed the child in the room (well, for some reason the baby did not like the restaurant, he categorically refused to eat) - they absolutely calmly gave her food. In the room, the child ate everything - I mean, if your child does not want to eat, you can also try to feed him in the room.
By the way, as a plus to the restaurant - in one of the premises of the main restaurant during dinner, a cartoon is shown on the screen. Therefore, children who have eaten either watch cartoons or play (run and jump). Parents can eat at this time.
In the bar at the main restaurant in the evening they make very tasty cocktails (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) - be sure to ask for the cocktail menu - it is in Russian (everything is painted what it consists of).
For kids, they give out a pot and a kettle in the room - also a pleasantly surprised fact.
About strollers. We didn't take ours with us. In the city we almost never use it, if only for long walks. They didn't really count on them here. We decided that if we go / go we will ask for a stroller already at the hotel. In general, they asked for a stroller once (you contact the reception). It seems that there were few people with strollers from the hotel (despite the fact that almost everyone here had a child), basically everyone was with their own. But when they gave us the stroller, they apologized very much and said that it was the last one. The stroller was killed just completely. I'm surprised she was still driving. We didn’t care about the aesthetic side, so they took it. But the conclusion suggests itself (I read somewhere in the reviews that there are a lot of new strollers in the hotel) that either the strollers are completely killed during the season, or there are still not as many of them as we would like... In defense, I’ll still say that the strollers I saw from others were in fairly good condition (not new of course). Well, you don’t need to blame the staff for the fact that “all the worst is Russian”. We then saw “our” stroller with a Turkish family (we handed over the stroller immediately after we took a walk).
We went with our daughters for a walk to the blue grotto. She really liked it, even without fear she swam with us in the sea - apparently she was impressed by such beautiful water. The walk is very pleasant, stress-free. As for traveling with younger children, you need to look at the child. If you swim well in the sea, then it’s worth going (there are plenty of those who refuse to swim in the sea at the age of 2 - ours was one of them last year - definitely not a trip for them). Since in principle the whole walk is a stop with a swim. There is nothing else for kids to do. Even for the sake of hares, it’s not worth going, because. they are at the very end (and we bathed and rested for almost 2.5 hours) - during this time the child can get very tired
Our dad took us on a catamaran - my daughter also liked it.
We still found one single small flaw (but to be honest, after digging a lot). For some reason the playground doesn't work after the mini club closes. No, it works informally - open the gate yourself, come in... BUT! It doesn't have any lights on it. It is clear that in the dark (and at half past seven in the evening it is already full dusk, at eight o'clock) there is absolutely nothing to do on the site with the child. I remember in other hotels, after dinner and before the mini-disco, everyone always walked on the playground... And here you don’t know where to “adjust” the child. The coating on the site is bad - some kind of bark, it stains clothes very much (but this is so - already nitpicking  )). The mini-club itself is very good - a lot of toys, there is a wonderful Russian-speaking animator.
As for the animation itself. She is very quiet. That is, all the entertainment (volleyball, boccia, archery, etc. ) is of course there. But no one pulls you by the hands or by the legs to play - in my opinion this is a big plus. I wanted to go myself. Evening performances are mostly "visiting" artists. I won’t say that it’s super-duper (far from the strongest animation), but in general it’s normal (there was Turkish folklore, burlesque, Kenyan acrobats, Mongolian acrobats, fire shows, etc. ).
We went to the local village. They trade badly. Even on the market day (Sunday) - the market is probably ¼ part of Belekovsky (which we used to consider small with my husband). The choice is small - everything is the same. Since we didn’t really need anything in Ortaca (Friday is market day), we didn’t go, we bought everything here in the village.
In general, the hotel is perfect for a quiet holiday. You can travel with kids. But with children from 6 years old - probably I would not go, they will be bored. All the same, the animation is more “quiet” (drawing, painting, modeling), such as “kindergarten”. I just remember in other hotels there were always games for children "pirates", "lightning", "treasure hunt", "Indians", etc. (i. e. mobile and exciting) - there is no such thing here. Well, there are no slides in the bass (it’s good for me), but I know how many children love them...
By the way, about mosquitoes (I remember this question worried many). I was bitten by only one for the whole stay. On the daughter - 3 bites. In short, the devil is not as scary as he is painted (and it is clear that September is no longer the time for mosquitoes)...
Many pensioners (German). I met ours, but basically they were all terribly dissatisfied - as there are many children who interfere with their screaming. Therefore, if you want a secluded vacation, this is not the place for you either.
And finally, I will say: we are going here next year. And let our friends say “it’s 4k”, but we found here everything we need for a good rest…
детские бассейны - совсем мелкие. Второй, что дальше вобще ресторан. Дети смотря мультики. Ну и играют бунгало вид из номера Главный корпус блок А пляж бассейн детская площадка и мини-клуб

Didn't regret a single minute. The main indicator for me was the proximity of the airport, with my fidget I would have survived the flight : ), and if you also go for a long time, in general, we got there perfectly. Settled on the first floor in a fairly remote bungalow. Both we and the child liked to live in nature next to the pond in which turtles live : ).
Territory in general awesome, och. och. och. beautiful: ) birds, turtles, pines, eucalyptus trees, streams everywhere, beautyaa. . !!!!! . The beach is excellent, everything is thought out, fine sand both on the shore and in the sea, at first it seemed a little dirty, but its color is such, it takes a very long time to swim shallowly without raking your knees, you have to go through : ), but the children are a pleasure, mine ran and fell Mom is not afraid and the child is delighted. Water 29-30C It was not possible to pull the child out of the water. At first, all the sunbeds were filled, in order to stay where you want, you had to go before breakfast to leave towels, at the end of the rest there were already free places. The food is quite varied, although without any frills, but it depends on what you want, I compared it with Sofitel Hurgada, then the comparison is not in favor of Iberotel, there is diet (only in the morning and evening), but you can feed the child.
The hotel is excellent for secluded relaxation and relaxation with children. I didn’t notice any special parties and entertainment, maybe because they went to bed early : ), although the animators announced some events every evening (in German, English and Turkish : )). It was enough for us to have a children's disco where my little one took an active part despite his age and German speech, he did not interfere : ) There is no Russian-speaking staff, but Russians% 20 and the Turks are already adjusting "Good evening and Thank you" have already learned at the end of the rest in the restaurant signs appeared in Russian. I didn’t like that towels and linen change types on request, and the climate is very humid, plus the pond practically doesn’t dry out, the cleaning staff doesn’t understand anything except Turkish, in general, we took a steam bath to achieve something. The staff everywhere is extremely polite and no more, and it is the same with everyone, that is, there is no discrimination against Russians, but in comparison with Egypt it is less friendly.
We didn’t get any excursions (they offered a lot both from the operator and at the hotel), we are still small, but the guide (we ate everything perfectly with Turtess without delay and delay) said that from here to Pammukalle and Ephesus are closer than from the Antalya coast, and those who rested in Sarigerme said that they themselves went around all the sights by car. We were satisfied with the village walking from the hotel for about 10-15 minutes on Sunday market, there is nothing special to buy, souvenirs are quite expensive, but you can buy good leather bags at a normal price, which surprised us almost no bargaining anywhere in the bazaar or in stores. There is a cottage settlement where the British buy real estate and have a rest, and the prices are adjusted for them. In general, I liked it very much. Although I don’t like to go to the same places, I put a note to myself “you can come back here” : ).

People, I found information in one of the reviews that there are snakes and scorpions on the territory (as I understand where the ruins are) - something that really strained me, because. we will go with a small child who is interested in everything ... And also - are there really as many mosquitoes as they say?

Hello. Vacationers of this hotel and not only :) tell me, please, how far is the hotel from the sea? how many meters and how long does it take to walk at a fast pace? And is there a bar on the beach (so that you can even pop some water or have a bite) or do you need to go back to the hotel to have a bite to eat?

do they give turkey every day? my child can only eat it, is it possible to buy groceries in the supermarket and are there rooms with a mini-kitchen, how much more convenient is this hotel compared to Delphin Botanik World of Paradise 5 * for staying with children, I am 2 years old and, in principle, leave in a children's corner I’m unlikely to be able to, and he’s unlikely to be able to ride a water slide, the Iberotel seemed cheaper to me, is it inferior to Botanik in some way? What interests me the most is nutrition. thanks
