I will be happy to share my experience of independent exploration of Dubai and its attractions. I know many routes. I will help you get directions from your hotel with a detailed description of the movement by public transport. I will give a lot of useful tips, and most importantly, how to save significant amounts - we saved 50% on all excursions, water parks, restaurants, etc. My help is aimed at tourists who are ready to travel around the city on their own, without the help of local guid ... She bought gold bracelets for me and my daughter, we sell silver for that kind of money. I didn’t risk buying phones, I heard that a woman was detained at customs because of iPhones. And of course, what is a trip to the UAE without buying a fur coat, at the hotel when I asked, Where can I see fur coats? I was immediately told the Planet of the fur, of course I looked at other shopping centers, but still settled on the Planet of the fur. They have a varied choice, and there are sizes, and not onl ... Who knows where in Dubai you can buy household goods - pots, pans, dishes and other household items? I also heard that there is a type of atelier where they sew clothes (you bring a branded item and they sew the same one for you). And also where to buy fabrics for dance dresses? Please share your knowledge! Thank you in advance.

I am specifically interested in ceramic-coated pans, now this is the latest novelty, they are the safest and do not scratch from metal. I also like some original plates, salad bowls, dishes. Something unusual and would not like Chinese. Farther...

Tourist girls, in a week for the first time in the Emirates. What clothes to take? Tell! With Egypt and Turkey, it's easier: throw shorts, T-shirts, swimwear - and go! I really hope for advice)))

I returned from the UAE yesterday. Firstly, I advise you to respect the laws of the country you are in. Secondly, you really will not feel very comfortable naked, because the bulk of people are packed in trousers that do not describe the figure and shirts or T-shirts with sleeves elbow. But about warm clothes separately: it’s very cool in shopping centers and in the evening after 6 hours on the street. We went in cotton sweatshirts even during the day, it wasn’t hot, like the sun shines strongl ... Farther...
Were in June and July in Egypt. Many Arab families have stayed at the hotel. I’ll emphasize right away that I have a very good attitude towards their culture and have absolutely nothing against national traditions (including clothes)! Only one thing is surprising: when I was steaming from the heat even in a bathing suit, they calmly walked, wrapped from head to toe. And I mean not only the black veil, but a more "European" or "modern" style, which I observed on young (16-30 years old) girls. Something like this: turtleneck (cotton or something similar) + jumper (woolen or some other) + trousers + scarf (or 2 - several layers). That is, the clothes are multi-layered and made of fairly dense fabrics. I would be able to walk down the street at +15. At the same time, not a drop of sweat was noticed on the face or on the clothes. Maybe they have a special heat exchange?

I do not think that a bunch of "cabbage" clothes on Arab women work the same way as Uzbek robes. Probably, the whole point is who was born where and genetically adopted the features of heat transfer from their ancestors. Negros do not tolerate cold very well, they don’t understand how you can walk without a hat at +10 :)))) As for clothes, I agree - with such religious restrictions, women manage to create a completely incomparable style in some trifles and nuances. Somehow I had a chance to w ... Farther...
