From Sunny Beach to Romania you should not go at all, from there it is better to go to Turkey Romania on the other side of the coast and not far away. A one-day excursion from the north coast costs 60 euros. My opinion is that this is enough. Why shake the bus for an extra 4 hours and pay for it? For the past few years, we have traveled by car from the Dnieper. Through Odessa. To Odessa, take a detour through Melitopol, because there is no road between Dnepr and Nikolaev, a real tank track. From Odessa to lighthouses-palanka, then to Bolgrad along the Odessa-Reni highway. Further on Vinogradovka checkpoint, and we are already in Moldova.
