The other day I flew to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the passport control, I greeted the customs officer in Turkish and he asked me about a residence permit in Turkey, then they began to say that I had a problem with my passport (the deadline ends at the end of July 2014, I flew to Istanbul for the 3rd time, the last time I flew on 01/05/14, I had a return ticket and insurance and a paid hotel in my hands. I flew with relatives for 3 days in total) they started sending me from window to window, but they let me in anyway. (This despite the fact that almost all my pages are occupied Schengen) On the way back, they also asked about a residence permit on the passport, again answered that they didn’t, he twisted the passport and stamped the exit. What is the reason for this and that it’s better for me not to fly to Istanbul now ??? I have a new clean passport, will everything be ok with it or not?

And Schengen stamps do not play any role.
And after all, nothing happened, they let you in, let you out, and the fact that they asked around a little - it's okay.
Don't beat yourself up, everything will be fine.
