Cashless payment (bank card) at Duty Free Istanbul Ataturk Airport
Good afternoon. I flew from Antalya and forgot to look at the non-cash payment in Duty Free Antalya. I'm flying from Moscow to Istanbul, I don't really want to carry cash. Accordingly, the question arose whether it is possible to pay with a bank card in Duty Free stores?
The same question is of interest about Sheremetyevo Airport, since I fly out of it - is it also possible to pay with a card?
Well, another question - for those who flew domestic flights in Turkey from Istanbul Ataturk Airport ... Is there Duty Free for domestic flights / the airport is divided into international. and internal or not? I was in transit from Antalya once, but I didn’t understand :)

In Istanbul Duty Free, you can pay last year. I'm not sure about domestic flights.

You can pay by card without any problems. Ataturk Airport has both international and domestic terminals (transition between them through a special tunnel). There is no duty free in the domestic terminal. Upon arrival at the international terminal, at the exit, on the first floor there is a semblance of Duty free (as in Antalya) - the range and prices leave much to be desired. But the "dutik" in the international terminal is one of the largest that I have ever seen.

Phosty75, I remember this crazy transition ... well, for sure, in Antalya, too, int. there is no Dutik - it’s more like a “party policy” and there are no internal ones ... Sadness ... I walked in the Istanbul Dutik - I liked it very much, but it’s not profitable to buy in US dollars - the exchange rate is crazy ... and so I walked there so much, that I was almost late for the flight :)) Really super Dutik.

:))) yes, the "chasm" in the Istanbul duty free, and then, sticking out your tongue, running to the flight - this is a familiar story)

In Sharik they paid with a hryvnia card of a Ukrainian bank, maestro. Ride, although the seller doubted.
